The outside garden, pool and bbq area is amazing. Plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we were happy throughout our stay, for example leaving complimentary fresh fruit bowl, chocolates & coal for the bbq. The villa had everything we needed!

Nothing bad to report about the property. Would advise future guests to bring mosquito / bug deterrents as this was the only issue we experienced during our stay.

wow, it’s amazing!! very large and clean, two washing machines, great pool with outdoor toilet and toilet. there’s a bbq outside where you can grill, along with multiple lounge chairs and a mini fridge. great layout! inside a well stocked kitchen with a huge fridge and everything working and top notch. they even welcomed us with beverages, fruits, nuts, candies, and local liquor. we were two families and easily could have fit another. wifi worked great in most areas, and they even had wifi outdoors. about a 15 minute walk to old town. the hosts were very nice, communicative, and welcoming. highly recommend

Everything was perfect. The Location was excellent. The hosts were super friendly. It felt like a dream.

Lovely patio, pool and grounds. close to everything. All A/C units worked well, loved the split layout as we travelled with another family so each had a wing. Owners provided lots of touches such as complimentary beverages on arrival, a brimming fruit basket and even some toiletries. Rafaela and Hrvoje were responsive and wonderful. They brought us adapters within minutes and answered all questions we had promptly. they arranged for transportation from airport and onto the next destination. Couldn’t have been happier.

We were frankly a bit too comfortable and didn’t want to leave until late afternoon on most days. Granted, it wasn’t our first trip to Dubrovnik but you have to will yourself to leave; Especially if you are staying there with family or friends.

Such a beautiful, traditional Villa. The outside area is exceptional, amazing pool with outside bar area, pretty gardens, very comfortable outside lounging area and dining area, complete with bbq. Traditional interior with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, more than enough space for our extended family and grandchildren, nine of us in total. Pero and his sister Rafaela were very helpful with booking process and greeting us at the Villa. One of our suitcases did not arrive at the airport and Rafaela used her contacts to get it back for us! Pero arranged a wonderful islands boat trip for us all and airport transfer. Only a fifteen minute walk from the old town of Dubrovnik, which is so beautiful and so is Villa Bruna, we would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return one day!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Hosts are awesome, flexible and understanding. Villa is like a time machine that took me back to ancient times and yet has all necessary amenities. Very cozy and comfy. Heated pool is great. Definitely recommend to anyone going to Dubrovnik!

Very nice Villa with an outstanding location. The outside area is better than on the pictures. The whole garden is really amazing - you are 10 Minutes by foot from the city center and the new town is really close too - there is a big Supermarket around 5-10 min away and a small one for essentials around the corner. Overall ist was amazing!

The Price is a Bit high.
