Absolutely stunning view of Lokrum island and the Old Town. Well equipped kitchen, good wifi and spacious apartment. Slightly outside the busy area and a supermarket very close by. Aircon in lounge was an absolute win in the heat of summer.

I’d say that Dubrovnik will stay forever in my heart. We had great time. The apartment has the perfect location and view. There is everything you need. I’d come back again.

Nina is a lovely lady! She was very cheerful and helpful. She arranged our transfers to and from airport at a very reasonable price with a nice driver. She also arranged a trip for us and provided us with useful information. The beds were comfy, appartment was very well equipped. The views from the sunny balcony are amazing and there is a bar and small supermarket right next to the appartment. We would definitely return and recommend .

The view - absolutely stunning. Lovely to sit on the balcony & have drinks in the evening before heading out. The apartment was clean & the kitchen was well equipped.

The stairs didn't bother us but I can see that they might for someone with mobility or fitness concerns.

breathtaking view. the apartment is well appointed with everything you need. close to old town 10min walk. local supermarket 30m down the road, parking spot is a private garage. excellent apartment. Nina was helpful and available for any questions or help.

Incredible views, close to the old town. All facilities are close by.

We had a fantastic stay. Nina our host was amazing, she met us on arrival and gave us loads of advice about the area. She couldn't do enough for us 😃 The appartment was stunning with everything you could need with an amazing view of the old town

Only issue is you do have to go up a few steps to the appartment (2 floors) but if you are going to Dubrovnik this is something you need to get used to!

We were in mid October in Dubrovnik (about 21C) so staying in the apartment was perfect. First night was a bit chilly and windy but heating works properly. We didnt use air conditioning, but it's only available in the living room. In the bedroom there is a ventilator and it might be too hot in summer. Our child enjoyed sleeping and playing in the kids' room which is in the shadow place and there is a small table, board games, pencils and even paper to draw. The view from the balcony is perfect, sunset is amazing. There are many stairs in Dubrovnik but if you just walk down the street via Pemo market (which is really behind the corner), you can avoid stairs and find yourself in the old town. In the apartment there are two gym exercise mats and they are very useful after walking:) I highly recommend to climb up the stairs just behind the accommodation front door on the right side, you climb up, walk under the tunnel and find the most magnificient views of Dibrovnik and Adriatic sea (called Viewpoint of Dubrovnik).

the houseowner is very friendly and helpful. check-in was organised very well. check-out and payment was very easy. the apartment is unbelievable clean and fully equipped. a shop is around the corner. banje beach 5 min by walking. i would come back.

Excellent location - a short walk into the old city. It is uphill / up steps on the way back, but a fantastic view over the city makes the exercise worth it! The apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped and parking garage underneath so convenient. Nina was really helpful in making sure we made the most of our stay in Dubrovnik, including booking our kayaking trip. Would highly recommend.

There are 56 steps but no worries unless you have mobility issues.

Very comfortable, spacious, bright, clean and well equipped. Good location close to Old City. Nina, our hostess, was extremely informative and helpful. This is a premium property, equipped and maintained accordingly.

There was nothing at all to complain about.
