Die Aussicht auf die Weinberge und das Meer waren top. Haben eine Weinprobe gemacht beim Sonnenuntergang am Pool, ebenfalls super. Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Sehr erholsam und relaxt.

Ruhige Lage inmitten von Weinbergen. Aufmerksamer und sehr freundlicher Service beim Abendessen.

Für den Preis (4 Nächte für fast 800 Euro) waren wir enttäuscht von einem relativ kleinen Raum (Suite 36 m2 laut Beschreibung) zwei kleinere Räume, einer mit 2 Betten voll gestellt, der andere als Schlafzimmer OK. Frühstück war sehr einfach ohne Warmspeisen und zum Teil mehrere Tage altem Gebäck/ Kuchen. Abendessen hätte für den recht hohen Preis qualitativ deutlich besser sein müssen (Pasta war matschig, andere Gerichte haben nicht frisch gekocht geschmeckt).

Everything was fantastic!

This is actually a hard review to write, as I don't like writing bad reviews, but we were really disappointed by this stay. The pool area looks fabulous, but unfortunately the weather was too bad to use it. I do not hold that against the hotel, but I am disappointed that they don't seem to have planned somewhere comfortable for customers to relax in such circumstances (and it's not unusual for it to rain sometimes in Sicily!)

Don't pay for a sea view: you can see the sea, but only if you stand by the window - you can't sit and relax and enjoy the view. The room was small and not really comfortable. The shower was tiny. I am not large but I kept knocking the water off when I tried to move in it! We paid €16 each for the wine tasting which included nibbles. The girl was really lovely, we did the tour of the estate with her, but 3 glasses of wine were put in front of us and then she left. No 'swill and smell, can you catch the essence of ...' etc. One of the wines wasn't even grown on the property but on another estate they own. Really, don't bother. The food in the restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had Pasta a la Norma, badly done. We ate out the next night. The breakfast was definitely average, and it took me ages to order coffee one morning, I was just overlooked. Repeatedly. The first night of our stay in what we thought was going to be a chic, boutique-style hotel, we were joined by a very very large group who took over the area where we doing the 'wine tasting' (see above) for a meal while watching the football match. I am not exaggerating. I don't mean a table of 10. I mean every table in the restaurant. There was another restaurant area that we moved into. Taking the rest of the abandoned wine with us. There is nowhere to relax apart from your room if the weather is bad. There are 'areas' but they are not really designed for relaxation. How on earth can it be so problematical to buy a glass of wine (without a meal) to take to a room in a vinyard? You'd be surprised. Plus the wine had a lot of 'debris' floating in it and a greasy layer. Apparently this is to be expected of Bio wine: not bio wine that I've happily drunk. They couldn't just say 'oh, that's a bad bottle'. They did change the wine but did not refund the difference (to be fair it wasn't a lot) in price!!!!

The surrounding was fabulous

The pool was advertised as open from 8 am- door locked and pool vacuum still in there from day before, my husband ordered meat and pasta for dinner, it came with fish on it

Location in the winery is unique, rooms were well organised, and the organic wine and produce was delightful. Restaurant was also very good.
