Cidade pequena e muito agradável. O hotel é um charme. quarto muito moderno e confortável. Café da manhã maravilhoso.
Ter uma restaurante estrela michelam no hotel é uma experiência ótima.

Fabulous decor and extremely comfortable. Loved the bed linen and beautiful woollen throw which Ezcaray is famous for. The complimentary bottle of Rioja in the room was a lovely touch too. Delicious food and friendly staff. We only stayed for one night but wish we'd had longer not only to spend in the hotel but also to have more time to discover Ezcaray.

Diner was very good and so was the breakfast. The team in the hotel and in the restaurant are very pleasant and professional.
The rooms are somewhat small and could do with a make over . The overall appearance looks a little outdated.

Very newly renovated room with elegant modern design. Fabulous staff and absolutely top restaurant, as expected. most enjoyable stay
Practical problems in the room. The shower flooded over a very small lip into the room with nowhere to drain. Nothing was done until after we left. Limited and inefficient hooks to hang towels, clothes or bathrobes. Not enough table top near basin for personal things.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a charming village. Good short walks and a public pool a few minutes’ walk away. El Portal restaurant is amazing!

The room was amazing, very comfortable bed,huge bathroom, very modern and tastefully decorated. We were upgraded on our room on arrival, which was a very nice surprise. The breakfast was delicious. Excellent service all round from the staff. We had dinner in the Traditional restaurant which was very good, try the taster menu it was excellent and kept coming !
The bar are was soulless and a bit tired. Such a shame, but didn’t spoil our stay.

Room was super stylish and clean, and there was a basket of snacks and wine to greet you upon arrival. Staff was amazing, food was amazing, surrounding town was very enjoyable to wander through. Stay here.

The mix of very modern and traditional. The staff were exceptional from our arrival to assisting with our UK locator forms. Dinner was excellent (the Michelin was fully booked and we went to the small restaurant around the corner.again staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.
