Quite cheap and clean hotel.

Few electrical sockets, shower did not flow well, not enough shampoo, only hard soap, breakfast could be more varied

Pésima experiencia, ya que la habitación que se nos proporcionó no coincidía en absoluto con la que había reservado y las condiciones de la habitación no eran aceptables para hospedarse, además de encontrarse la habitación en la última planta del hotel, en la cual se estaban realizando reformas y los pasillos de la planta estaban repletos de colchones y demás mobiliario del resto de habitaciones. Al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta de que la puerta estaba abierta, la cerradura parcialmente rota, y la habitación en si con varios desperfectos y falta de higiene por acumulación de polvo, probablemente debido a las reformas de la planta. Tras ver esto bajamos a la recepción a decirles lo que nos habíamos encontrado y solicitar la devolucion del dinero o que nos cambiasen la habitación ya fuese por otra doble o incluso individual, pero no nos dieron ninguna solución, viendonos obligados a quedarnos en esa habitación a pesar de tener una sensación de inseguridad y de falta de comodidad importante

Very good location. Garibaldi Central Station is 100m from the hotel and you can use the metro and trains. Regarding the hotel the reception area was beautiful and the reception staff very pleasant. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and value for money. For the room I can only say about the beds which were comfortable and the bathroom which was in very good condition and renovated.

The room is negatively far from the photos. It is not clean and neat. The walls are stained, the floor looks dirty, The window all around has mold from the humidity. Also the door to the room had a normal key and if you didn't lock the door it wouldn't close. Regarding the restaurant, the chairs need to be changed and the staff needs to be more polite.

Hotel was excellent, area is a bit dodgy, but then it is good value for money.

The surrounding area is dodgy, got pickpocketed, but probably easy to avoid if you have your wits about you. Plus side - there are resturants and the train station a stones throw from the hotel

There was blood and mold on mattress. Staff didn’t knowant to refund money. Felt unsafe.

Not refundable reservation in this hotel is a trap: you cannot cancel reservation without sanctions, and they CAN, at any time! When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation had just been canceled ..due to an invalid card. Although the card was 100% valid and there was more than enough money!!!! They offered the same room, but for twice the price!!! The remark that we would call Booking.com with a complaint about this matter was met only with cynical laughter of staff. Since it was late evening, we agreed. But we feel robbed.

Location near train station- a bit 'rough' but as long as you are sensible it's fine Naples as a whole is very rough and ready with a major litter problem but a great city to fly into and stay in transit before seeing the amalfi

Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very welcoming and restaurant staff were exceptional. The location is great, round the corner from the stations where u can get trains to explore Naples and the rest of Italy if you want to. I would definitely book here again. Room was spacious, airy and very clean and we got our request for a disabled room for my 81 year old mum. Rooms were very comfortable.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like to be honest.
