The room was lovely with an amazing view over the city .

Location was ok. Many cafe and restaurants and massage nearby. Excellent breakfast. Great staff service.

Bathroom was very small but ok for a couple of nights.

La bañera es muy incómodo y se sale todo el agua, hay otras habitaciones con plato de ducha y también con vistas a la ciudad. El desayuno no estaba muy bien en cuanto a variedad y calidad en comparación con otros hoteles.

Loved the room space and comfort level. Had nice breakfast. Great value for the stay!

Location was great, reception area was cool and well presented. Staff were lovely.

We arrived at around 12,30 pm and they advised us that our room x 2 won't be available until 7 pm, luckily we were travelling with another group who's room was ready and where we could dump our luggage and freshen up before hitting the markets. They did let us check out at 6 pm which was great as we had a flight at 8.45pm. Not suitable for a family as we had to be in separate rooms. Breakfast was average. We only slept here so didn't even make use of the pool. Photos make the pool look bigger then what it is. Over priced for what we paid. Definitely not a 4 star.

Spacious clean room.Lovely pool area and rooftop bar. Lovely PIano in reception. Attentive breakfast staff and bar staff. Disappointing Spa and it lacked any luxurious feel. I walked in and walked out.

So many Vietnamise breakfast dishes all too similar, ALL luke warm. Explained to staff that less is more. Warm coffee. No nice pastries. Cold pancakes. No Nutella (a must for kids) Omelette cook had all spoons and pans mixing. Not great for a vegetarian or vegan. They did cook me a special omelette in the kitchen but it took 25 minutes. Quinn (female member of staff) was very attentive and helped me with this. Too many staff not being efficient. Too much food wastage.

We loved our stay at Eden Star. It was the bit of luxury at the end of our trip. The breakfast was the best variety we had in Vietnam. The staff were incredible. Nothing too much for you to ask. We arrived early and had to leave late- they were happy to look after our bags and let us use the pool on both occasions.

Happy hour at the pools. a bit early. There was a function on at the pool on the Saturday night so we weren't able to use the pool from 4pm. This was a real blow as we had booked the hotel for this reason as a wind down. However the hotel arranged for us to use the neighbouring pool free of charge. It wasn't as nice a pool as Edens but it was an adequate substitute given the time and temperature.

The lobby to the property was very nice. The pool area was lovely at night and good during the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a good location with some very nice restaurants near by. We had an issue with our rooms and although the staff wouldn’t help us on the night, the manager was brilliant the next day, meeting us at breakfast and offering us other rooms. Food in the restaurant was exceptionally good.

Our rooms initially were not what we expected. Very small and is poor condition. However, this was resolved by the manager. Seemed a bit expensive for what we got.

Eden Star hotel in top notch condition and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Saigon.

プールに油みたいなものが浮いてて汚くて入れなかった。 受付にいた背の高い細身の女性スタッフの英語の理解ができなく、聞き返したら嫌な顔された。あとのスタッフサービスはとても良かったです。

Bedden en kamer waren mooi. Staf spreekt goed Engels en verzorgt een goed ontbijt. Het zwembad op het dak was een erg fijn zwembad. Leuke ligbedden om te kunnen relaxen en iets te drinken.

Het zwembad was op Oudejaarsavond afgesloten vanwege een privé evenement waar je alleen tegen bijbetaling bij mocht zijn. Hier waren we wel voor gewaarschuwd (we hadden het nagevraagd na boeking) maar was toch erg jammer aangezien we na een excursie pas later en bezweet terug kwamen in het hotel.

Le personnel très à l’écoute et faisant des efforts pour les personne comme moi qui on un anglais proche du néant. Ils ont été serviable au delà de ce mes attentes. Mon vol été en soirée, j’ai pu laisser mon bagage toute la journée et j’ai pu me changer en revenant récupérer mon bagage. La piscine est accessible jusque 21h et même un peu au delà.

À part le lit qui été légèrement dur pour moi je n’ai rien à dire.

We were a group of 8 people booked 3 rooms. As we were arriving about 10 AM, we asked for early check-in, but it didn't happen, so we checked in at 2:30. Rooms were big but not well organised . There are no drawers or enough hangers in the room. Complimentary mini bar was a bonus, but when we asked for changing beers with a soft drink , the answer was NO. Rooms were facing wall ( no view at all) . Limited choice in restaurant

The breakfast the room and the pool are amazing and i loved it so much, the pool service was excellent the pol bar manager is so accommodating and even in the breakfast time each and everyone gave us the best service . I would like to give a big thankyou to the Hotel management Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung who is the General Manager and Mr. Le Phung Thinh who is the front office Manager both of them gave me and the Hotel an amazing service and gave me a great welcome, next when i go to Ho Chi Minh i will be staying there again and i love that Hotel .

There is nothing i can say i don't like because everything is so perfect, i think it's one of the best hotel i ever stayed in Ho Chi Minh city , i been so many times to Vietnam this is the best Hotel i can recommend.
