Ce qui vous frappe immédiatement lorsque vous entrez dans Sea Spirit, c'est la vue. Les mots et les photos font de leur mieux pour décrire ou illustrer à quel point il est magnifique, mais l'expérimenter est la seule façon d'apprécier à quel point la vue est à couper le souffle et comment elle change constamment avec la lumière et les marées. Sea Spirit est chaleureux, accueillant, confortable et moderne. Il y a deux chambres à l'arrière de l'appartement avec leurs propres salles de bains. Il y a un lit double dans l'une des chambres et un lit avec fermeture éclair et un lien dans l'autre qui peut être deux lits simples de 3 pieds ou un lit super king size. La cuisine a des appareils intégrés, y compris un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle, ainsi qu'un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four et une plaque de cuisson à induction. La table à manger doit offrir le meilleur endroit pour dîner dans l'ensemble de St Ives! Le salon dispose de deux canapés confortables, d'une Smart TV avec TNT et de deux prises USB pour jouer votre musique au haut-parleur harman / kardon. Avoir le Wi-Fi signifie que vous pouvez écouter de la musique ou regarder la télévision sur vos propres appareils ou regarder la télévision ou choisir un film à regarder sur Netflix. Sea Spirit se trouve au dernier étage du bâtiment, vous devrez donc monter quelques escaliers internes, ce qui signifie que ce n'est pas l'idéal pour les jeunes enfants ou pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas faire face à trop de marches. La promenade en ville ne prend pas plus de quelques minutes et vous pouvez sortir soit au musée Barbara Hepworths, boutiques Fore Street ou en face de la plage de Porthmeor. Le parking public le plus proche se trouve à Barnoon, à quelques minutes à pied. Les artistes du 19ème siècle ont déménagé à St Ives pour ses lumières exquises et ses scènes côtières. Deux de ces artistes vivaient sur Barnoon Terrace, l'un était Whistler qui peignait la mer et le paysage sur les anciens couvercles de cigares et l'autre qui vivait dans Sea Spirit d'antan est Stanhope Forbes (membre fondateur de l'école des peintres de Newlyn) et vous verrez une lettre de son adressée de 7 Barnoon Terrace à sa femme exposée à la Tate Gallery. Un espace de stationnement attribué sera fourni pour votre usage exclusif (dans une promenade de 10 minutes au maximum).

We were two couples sharing the flat. The layout is perfect, with both bedrooms being ensuite. The flat is exactly as described/depicted in the photos.
It is a bit of a walk to the parking at the St Ives football club, but nice having a reserved spot. We were able to ‘double park’ to both unload and load upon departure. The set of stairs in the flat is narrow and steep (like most in the UK) so I recommend packing light!!!
We LOVED the view and close proximity to St Ives. Would not hesitate stay here again.

We were looking for a few days to wind down from everyday life and 'Sea spirit' gave us the perfect opportunity to do just that. The constantly changing views of the harbour, bay and wider horizon from the stunning location provided a wonderful backdrop, whether reading, chatting, listening to music, or (in my case) receiving your first drawing lesson from your wife! A wonderful variety of cafe's pubs and restaurants, all within short walking distance just added to the experience.

Impeccably clean property with magnificent views of St Ives! Great beds and showers. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Allocated parking is 3/4 mile away and 15-minute walk away (not fully communicated). Pay lot nearby is available but gets full and can be a bit pricey. Early check-in was not allowed because property manager wanted to check all things were in order (could have been communicated better). Communication with Orange Roof (property manager) about lost/left items not returned on the Orange Roof website.

We absolutely adored our 6 night stay at Sea Spirit in St Ives. The view from the living room was staggering - we didn’t even turn the TV on at all as the harbour comings and goings were so interesting. The stairs and narrow hilly streets took some getting used to, but it was worth it for the beautiful surroundings. St Ives was a great place for us to base ourselves to explore south west Cornwall.

The couches are outdated and the carpet was very dirty. Too few small plates. The frying pans vere outdatet. There was no shuttlebus to the parking. Not good

Beautiful location in St Ives. Should be aware that it is quite a climb if you are walking from the station. We felt it was well worth it, but if you have mobility issues, it would be hard. Very clean, company was easy to work with. Overall great experience.

Excellent location and stunning views of st Ives harbour across the bay and lighthouse in distance
We were lucky enough to park in nearby carpark to unload...only about 100 yards walk. Very comfortable/warm and clean property. Only 5 minutes down to nearby beach or harbour/ shops and restaurants....plenty of choice for eating out....but good to book in advance to guarantee a table.

Fabulous Stay!
Beautiful views of St Ives, spacious for 2 adults & 2 children. Flat Lovely touch with the Cornish food. fully equipped for a family. The only negative feedback is the bedding, new pillows & duvets need replacing! We definitely would stay again!!

Lovely Apartment with Incredible Views!
The Apartment is in a good, central location with easy access to the town and all beaches, perfect for a stroll around St.Ives. The property is well equipped and is ideal for a family or 2 couples owing to the two ensuite bedrooms. The best thing about this property is the incredible views over St Ives harbour, town, island and two beaches. They are the best views of any property we have stayed in and we would have quite happily sat looking out at the views all day.
My parents visited us for the day and have since booked this property for themselves over Christmas. We are definitely hoping to return in the future.

We loved staying at Sea Spirit. The booking and checking in process was flawless, lots of communication from Orange Roofs who manage the rental of this property on behalf of the owners. The prosecco and biscuits were such a lovely treat on arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the photos don’t lie...the view from the apartment was incredible. We were able to drive close to the accommodation and drop off our bags, the apartment was well equipped and we were able to cook with ease most evenings. Just two points to note for families with babies, the stairs leading from the front door of the apartment itself up to the apartment are incredibly steep so might be unsuitable for those with babies unless some kind of stair gate can be arranged. Also, both of the en-suites although beautiful only have showers which again might be a problem for families with babies. As our children are that little bit older these didn’t cause us a problem but they’re things I would have wanted to know if they were younger. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the parking space but we have two small children (4 and 6). The apartment is a stones throw from Fore Street and the beaches are within walking distance. You will not regret booking this accommodation for your stay in St. Ives.

A perfect apartment
This is the best vacation home we have stayed in! We have been using vacation rentals for over 30 years . The view and amenities of the home are superb. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Fantastic View
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Spirit. The view of St Ives from the kitchen and lounge was fantastic. Great location and only a short walk to the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants in St Ives. The walk home is pretty steep up the hill and steps but worth it for the fab view once in the apartment. The apartment had everything you could need and is stylishly decorated. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower. One of the en suites doubles up as a shared bathroom with access direct from the lounge as well as the bedroom. The bedrooms were spacious with a good amount of wardrobe/storage space. The beds were a little too hard for my liking but that's just a personal thing and in no way a criticism. It was a real benefit to have a parking space which was only 8/10 minutes away. We did use the public car park the night before we checked out so it wasn't such a trek in the morning just in case my husband couldn't get close enough to the property when carting our luggage out on the morning we checked out. To be honest, we didn't really need to worry as it was very quiet and were able to park along the road next to the pathway you use to get to the property for a few minutes while we loaded up. We did however stay in November so may not be so easy during peak season.
We will certainly stay here again - We loved it.

Stunning views of St Ives
A lovely apartment with incredible views within a few minutes walk of the centre (very steep climb back up so not for everyone)
Brilliantly located for all the restaurants and shops but in a quiet location. Beautifully clean, well equipped. Parking space is a 5/10 minute walk away but such a bonus in busy St Ives. Would highly recommend for those who are relatively fit.

The best view in St. Ives
Bright, clean, modern flat with amazing views. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Well worth the climb up the stairs! Overlooking the town, with a short walk to the center of things. Very near both Tate and Hepworth. Orange Roofs is a pleasure to deal with, and the communication is excellent. Hope to return!

The flat is very modern and comfortable with the sea view being the best feature!
It was a great base for exploring St Ives and surrounding areas of Cornwall. Although, the parking spot provided was a short walk away, we were able to bring our car very close for loading/offloading our luggage and kids buggy etc for any trips out of St ives. Lots of steps to access the flat but worth it for the view.

What a lovely apartment!
Just got back from a week at Sea Spirit in St Ives, and what a lovely base for a holiday it was. The apartment is perfectly located and in a blink of an eye you can either be into the town, with all that it has to offer, or down on Porthmeor beach. The allocated parking space was a 10minute stroll away, but this wasn't too much of an issue as we only left St Ives a couple times during the week we were there as there was plenty to see and do. The panoramic views from Sea Spirit were an absolute delight which meant we spent more time there than we typically would. Sitting and eating breakfast whilst looking out over the harbour was great, and similarly in the evenings, we opted to bring our Fish and Chips back 'home' to get out of the firing line of the opportunistic seagulls. The apartment is well furnished, and the provision of WI-FI and Netflix, was an added bonus. We will definitely be looking to come back to St Ives again, and are hopeful Sea Spirit will be available for our next stay

Top notch property.
All things considered this must rank amongst the top places to stay in St Ives.
Only stayed Monday to Friday in December and both my wife and I were amazed when we walked in and saw the view from the windows in the living room, it's better than the photos show by far. I've never watched dolphins from the sofa before but you can here.
The attention to detail is spot on along with the quality and cleanliness of the property, the showers, beds and everything else far exceeded the usual for a holiday let. It remained warm and comfortable despite the howling gale and rain during our stay not that we were indoors much as there is so much to do and see in Cornwall.
I would certainly recommend Sea Spirit as somewhere that will make a big impression and be an asset to any holiday in St Ives.
