Cet appartement entièrement meublé magnifiquement situé est à seulement 5 minutes à pied d'un large choix de bars et de restaurants, qui répondent à tous les goûts et à dix minutes à pied de l'océan. Le balcon avec vue sur la piscine. Un pack de bienvenue est disponible sur demande pour les produits alimentaires de base. Si vous avez de jeunes enfants, un lit bébé ou une chaise haute peuvent être commandés pour vous à votre arrivée. La dame (Sian) qui gère la propriété pour nous à Paphos, est également une coiffeuse professionnelle qui, si nécessaire, visitera l'appartement à votre demande. L'appartement de 2 chambres, comme une cuisine américaine et un coin repas. Les deux chambres et le salon sont climatisés. Il y a un parking privé, utile pour ceux d'entre vous qui souhaitent louer une voiture pour tout ou partie de votre séjour (je peux fournir les coordonnées d'une entreprise locale qui vous offrira une remise importante des tarifs normaux, en fonction de la période de année). L'appartement est situé au premier étage. un ascenseur est disponible. Nous avons un espace de rangement supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée, près de la piscine si nécessaire, ce qui est utile pour ranger le matériel de plage et ranger vos valises pendant votre séjour. Vous aurez vos propres parasols et chaises longues qui sont situés dans l'espace de stockage. Un coffre-fort est disponible pour vos objets de valeur. Fantastic holiday here, great location pool is super quiet we were practically the only using the pool daily . Great communication with the host bob also can’t fault a thing will definitely be trying to book again for next year .

Property delivered exactly what we were after. For a family of four, with two under 7, it gave us the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sights of Paphos. As we arrived at night in darkness, we struggled to find the property as not sign not overly clear, but got there in the end (this has nothing to do with Bob and his property), just flagging our experience.
The property itself was clean, well equipped and the aircon was so required in the August heat, like a fridge! Location was also fantastic, a few minute walk to some fantastic restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes walk to the harbour (or 5 mins and 10 Euros in a taxi).
The pool was small but as expected for a small complex, but most days was limited to us and one other family, so nice and quiet.
If you are looking for a car and Nestor does not have availability, walk towards Tramps and about half way down on the left is a family car rental place, very helpful and good value (€100 for three days, last minute).
A few highlights for us that we thought worthy of sharing:-
- Coral Bay, a beautiful beach
- Aphrodite Waterpark is a must if you have kids (or even without)
- A few of our favourite restaurants (Fat Mamas, Dias Zeus, Three Pigs and Tea for Two and The Kingfisher).
- The Harbour, great buzz. We ate here (Sail at Castle), food ok, pricey for quality of food (€32 for Lamb Kebab and Chips)
- Walk between the apartment and Harbour
All in all, a lovely stay.

Great stay but swimming pool was out of operation due to faulty pump maintenance came a few times to fix, on our last day fixed and cleaned pool but told us not to use until next day as needed to check the water the next morning!! Apartment lovely and had everything you need only gripe could not open bedroom or bathroom window as trees sweeping across them and did not want any insects coming in. Loved the area less than 5 minutes walk to tramps bar and restaurant and bus station just past that to take you to harbour, old town or coral bay which was fantastic.

All as described in listing, clean and comfortable (would have preferred a king sized bed but I am 6'3).
Great location, nice quiet pool. Lots of very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance.
We hired a car for the trip, but it is not essential as close bus stops and bike hire.
We definitely recommend this property.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Bob gave us very clear direction about the check in and provided us lots of information about in and around the area. We were happy with the condition of the apartment and issue was quickly resolved.

Apartment as expected, clean and spacious although did suffer with insect infestation on arrival partly due to battery candles being left on attracting them. Only issues we had were difficulty finding apt in dark as could not see name of it by entrance and there was a barrier across car park. Luckily found someone who gave us the code to get in. We liked the situation as able to walk to restaurants but noisy with traffic and barking dogs at night.

Lovely apartment just off the main strip. Easy access to beach and local buses. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Used the swimming pool daily - we were the only ones to use it. Welcome balcony to sit out on in the heat of the day. Well equipped with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic family holiday! We picked this location so we wouldn’t need to hire a car, and it was perfect. Location is 20 min walk to harbour area or to the old town (both great areas in the evening). There was a bus from the end of the road that takes you to the very best beach (Coral Bay). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, there is a lovely pool and often nobody else using it so it felt like our very own. The owner has a little lock-up with inflatables, chairs, sun loungers, even buckets and spades if you need them. I would highly recommend this apartment to a family planning a visit to Paphos!!

I found the description matched what we found on our stay , except there was more kitchen equipment which was helpful . Plus the coke bag & blocks was very useful.
I would book it again and Bob was very quick to answer any questions likewise the in courts help when we had an issue with safe not unlocking

We had a brilliant week, the apartment was lovely with great facilities including a good tv (with uk satellite tv channels), air conditioning in each room, very well equipped kitchen, nice balcony, beautiful shared pool and private parking for our rental car. Pretty much everything we could have asked for in this location.

What can I say, just the best place to stay. Paphos is wonderful, the beaches are fabulous (Venus beach and Ciral bay in particular)
We’ve had a bit of a nightmare as our flight home was cancelled due to industrial action but both Bob, the property owner, and the management company have been so helpful and have definitely eased the stress.
If the property is for rent again next year, we will definitely be back!

Perfect
Property was very clean and comfortable, view from the balcony was beautiful, basically had the pool to ourselves throughout our stay which was nice. Basics like toilet roll and washing up liquid was provided which was helpful. Accessing the property was easy, really enjoyed our stay. I’d say the only down was the noise the bedroom aircon made when it turned off, sounded like a squeaky door closing which wasn’t ideal when trying to sleep but over all a fantastic apartment, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in Paphos during the Easter holidays - lovely, comfortable apartment, as described, really well-furnished and with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Lots of helpful information on the local area and services, such as taxis and car hire, provided in advance and quick resolution of a problem with the TV while we were there. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Brilliant location on the kings road
Having stayed in and around the kings road area in the past, we again wanted to be within walking distance to all the amenities and this property did not disappoint! Probably the best property we've stayed in in Cyprus to date, perfect for a small family of 4 in a nice quiet block of apartments. The pool was never too busy, tv and wifi for the kids when needed along with the much needed aircon for the hot august months. Everything was provided for a 2 week stay though we didn't eat in or cook much.
I will not hesitate to contact Bob again when we return to Paphos!

Nice small flat in very good location
A nice flat for a couple or small family in a quiet street. 20 mins walk to the old town and close to many good places to eat on Tomb of the Kings road. Away from the busy areas of the harbour or Coral Bay but easy to get whatever you need.

Apartment Pahos
Very nice Apartment located handily for all amenities, shops,bars restaurants etc. Bob communicated well made it easy for access, nice apartment had all requirements we went In February so cooked in a lot so some things were missing for that purpose but maybe that was a preferential thing? All in all very nice place to stay and would consider coming back in hotter time, very quiet complex so made for a very relaxing location.

Winter break
Very clean and well proportioned apartment. The property is ideal location as everything is in walking distance. As this was a short winter break for us a lot of the restaurant were closed but we had great meals at the three pigs, tea for two and O'Neills. Ther are lovely walks on the front to pafos harbour I would also recommend a stop off at the lighthouse cafe don't be put off as it does look like a old shack but it's lovely atmosphere to sit and have a coffee looking out to the sea. Also we brought weekly bus passes which enabled us to travel on the buses as many times as we wanted through the week. The bus stops are a short walk from the apartment

Great for family vacation
It's really nice apartment with two bedrooms and quite large living room with kitchen. Everything you can need is away 20 minutes away from it, or less. Beach, historical monuments, shops, bars, taverns, marina, just perfect location. To go with family or friends.

Tranquility
The apartment was excellent, spacious, neat and tidy, with everything that we needed and more. Well equipped kitchen with lots of useful extras. Lazing round the private pool with nobody else around was great and peaceful. Walking distance to Kings Mall shopping centre and large supermarket. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and harbour. Really can't fault anything. We had a superb time.

Quiet but convenient location
Ideal base for attractions, old town and harbour. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked Three Pigs, heading down towards the new Mall. Don’t be afraid to share portions, they are large! Buses were regular and easy to use. Try swimming from the harbour, clean sea, changing booths and showers. Bob’s recommended foodie supermarket worth trying. We took a tour into the hills, much easier to let someone else drive! Excellent holiday all round. Many thanks

Superb apartment with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Balcony with lovely pool view and mainly quiet around the property. Once we found the way to the bus route it was simple to travel without having to worry about driving. Shops for supplies close by and very friendly local people. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
