Lovely, Light, Spacious Ground Floor Apartment With Parking In St Ives, Cornwall
Appartement 2 Porthminster Terrace est au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison victorienne récemment convertie avec un grand espace de stationnement dédié à côté de l'appartement. C'est un appartement lumineux et spacieux, meublé avec goût à un niveau élevé. Le salon est à aire ouverte avec une véranda s'ouvrant sur une terrasse privée.
Il dispose d'une chambre double et d'une chambre lits jumeaux avec des lits confortables, toute la literie, le linge de lit et les serviettes fournis. Il y a une salle de douche attenante avec wc et lavabo et une salle de bain séparée avec douche, lavabo et wc. Les deux sont entièrement carrelées avec des porte-serviettes chauffants. Une cuisine bien aménagée et équipée mène au salon décloisonné meublé avec des canapés et des chaises confortables. Dehors, il y a une terrasse privée, avec table et chaises assez grandes pour manger, parfaitement positionnée pour profiter du soleil de l'après-midi et du soir. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour les vélos, les bateaux, les planches de surf et le matériel de plage.
Il est situé dans un endroit calme tout en étant facilement accessible des plages, des magasins et des restaurants de St. Ives à seulement 5 minutes à pied.

The property was excellent. Everything you could possibly want was provided, including a lovely welcome pack.
The accommodation was, as mentioned, very bright and spacious. We picked a bad week weatherwise, (October Storm Babet), so the central heating was a blessing.
All in all we had a great stay and would certainly recommend it.

Lovely apartment with outside seating area. Everything you need for a holiday and having parking was great. We couldn't find the correct key safe when we first arrived as we didn't realise it was further down the side of the building, luckily the flat above saw us and showed us where it was. Nice walk to beaches and centre of St Ives.

We had a great time in St Ives and enjoyed the location of this apartment. Generally, the apartment is well set up with good cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. It is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the milk and small quantity of provisions for a cup of tea after the long drive. As per other comments it is uphill from town but it is quite close using walking paths once you discover them. The negatives for us included the quality of it cleanliness - hair in the carpet and around the apartment, the bathrooms having mould, the quality of the linen and poor Wifi. We raised the cleanliness of the bathrooms with the property manager who said it was stained however the door could be wiped clean of the mould. The poor wifi may be due to the number of people in St Ives during the holiday season. If these issues were resolved I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

Perfect location for ease of getting in and out of the St Ives area by car, with a parking space on you door step is a real bonus in St Ives. Property was very clean and spacious with a nice welcome pack. For a winter break the property had excellent heating, TV and power showers! Some items and finishes in the property were a little basic but did not spoil the stay.

Needs some work. Carpets stained and dirty, socks covered in hair walking around the unit. Only frying pan was old and the surface was burnt. Some dishes in the cupboard not clean. No toilet paper roll in one of the bathrooms. Attention to detail during cleaning between guests would make this a great place.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in St Ives. It was a great location and had everything we needed. We had a 10 month old with us and we did need to bring a travel-cot and high chair with us but it had everything else we needed. We have just arrived home and will really miss St Ives and hope to return soon!

This property exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing - easy walk up and down to either of the beaches (we're used to hilly Cornwall, but not advised for those who aren't). The property was just next to the through road in/out of town, which meant easy access with the car and a perfect location for going both east and west. The flat itself offered us everything we needed. The bathrooms were modern, the bedrooms a good size, the kitchen was small but a perfect size for holiday use. The patio outside was very sweet, and while the view was of other houses, the houses themselves were quintessentially St Ives. There were some DVDs and a couple of games and books, and some beach stuff. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Lovely apartment. Short walk to town / beach. Yes it is uphill coming back up but if i can do it anyone can! Decent parking space. There is a little sea view from the veranda. We really enjoyed our stay and we would stay again. Only negative is the fact that the dinner plates don't fit in the microwave!

Basic small accommodations not very clean. Double bed is a fold up no better than a caravan. Good location but over priced for very basic accomadation. Luckily spent most of our time out.

Excellent location and the parking space is invaluable in st ives. Property is a good size but could do with being painted as peeling on some walls. Also, one of the sofas was uncomfortable and the items on the fridge door didn't stay cold. Overall we had a great time

I am sorry that I am not able to give this property 100% as there were things which should have been seen to before we arrived Also we were told we could check in at 3 when we arrived after an 8 hour journey we were told it was 5 and no welcome pack as stated Disappointing start to our holiday
