Very clean and quiet

Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Location near shops and restaurants.

No pool!.....that was my mistake, but would not have booked. Counter staff Pleasant but did just t know what to do I think she may have been new, but if she said that, I would have been more patient. TIP - if you are new at your job ....tell people. They will be more understanding.

it advertised it had a continental breakfast but when I got there to check in I asked about it and she said no they don’t have it although there’s a big sign in lobby saying they do. also she wanted to keep my debit card overnight for deposit although she has all the info on her computer because she typed it all in. I told her I needed my debit card back!!!

Having to rush to find a decent room for a reasonable price at nearly midnight due to our AC going out we immediately jumped on our booking account and to our surprise Scottish Inns and suites was cheaper than most others for a very high rating score. We called the hotel to notify them we live down the road and would be there very soon the lady who assisted us when we arrived was very friendly and extremely helpful! Being all day with no ac my husband and i were exhausted and our boys cranky! She got us checked in very quickly and our room OMG it was far nicer than we ever expected!! Full kitchenette with dishes Nd pots available if needed. The restroom was huge and very very clean!!! Beds were soft and very clean!! We've stayed across the highway at comfort inn when our town lost power due to a storm and one of 2 beds was soiled with urine it was so disgusting and they charge far more!!! Needless to say we have never been nor will be back there! Scottish Inn and suites is absolutely our go to anytime we need a hotel in town!! Thank you so much for the great hospitality, friendly welcome at midnight and clean HUGE rooms!!! Def we HIGHLY recommend!!!There was absolutely NOTHING to dislike or speak negatively on!!!! Very friendly and speedy check in Rooms very very clean and cold ac! Kitchenette is HUGE includes flat top counter top stove, full size Fridge, dishes, utensils, several toiletries available in restroom, hot running water, cold ac, clean smelling rooms and linens. Overall AMAZING stay for last minute need for our family!! Def our go to anytime we need a room local!!
