I liked that everyone I encountered that worked there were very friendly and helpful just a great group of people and if I ever get back around the area that's where I'll be staying .Thanks again

It was nice to have a kitchen & fridge. The towels were nice & the beds & pillows were comfortable. Some people may find the beds too hard. They have a commual laundry that is free.

The grounds were not maintained, the fence around the property was falling down in places, garbage & cigarette butts around the hotel (just sad). The hallway carpet & the elevator were dirty even after after it had apparently just been cleaned. Our room was generally dirty. The floor was visibly dirty, the handle of the fridge & the table were sticky. The chairs, carpet & drapes were visibly soiled (It was not a stain, it came off by rubbing with a damp rag). We found leftovers from previous guests(A food container, a child's sock & a childs flip flop). There was visible water damage in several places in the bedroom. If that all wasn't bad enough there were cockroaches. The cockroach problem is probably compounded by the guests leaving the garbage outside in the hall to be picked up every night at 2am. There was a burnt out light in the bathroom. The most horrible was the microwave caught fire. After inspecting it, it was clearly already damaged. It had a huge hole inside of the microwave. They apologized, but did not offer to fix or clean up the mess. They offered us $25 off per room per night, & then offerd one room free for 1 night. I don't know what happened to this place. My husband stayed for 7wks in 2018 for work & it was fine.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who were very attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Very helpful with getting me checked in. Helped me with my luggage, even took me to my room and showed me around and how to work the stove etc…Upon check out the staff were very kind and made me feel like family. They were willing to do whatever it took to make my stay the best it could be.

Some of the items to buy in the little store were a bit high priced. For example a bottle of water was $2 and a pint of ice was $5. But the complementary coffee was excellent. Also you have to put down a $50 deposit for incidentals but you get it back when you check out. I’ve never had that happen anywhere else I have stayed. No big deal really, just unexpected. Also there is no pool.
