The pool area is nice and there are chickens, goats and a pony next to a small playground. Breakfast was ok.

Our apartment (#1) was furnished very cheaply and already getting old and used. We expected much more from the images. There were no windows in the bedrooms and the only small window was facing a busy street. It stayed quite hot in the apartment despite convenient temperatures outside. We booked the apartment because the description said there is a washing machine, but there was none in the Appartement and none that we could use in the building. There was only a quarter roll of toilet paper.

Room was good, enough space for a family of 5, small balcony with a nice view. Hotel grounds were awesome -- tables and chairs to sit in a beautiful yard, a playground with a trampoline, some farm animals, a pool. You have an option of getting a breakfast buffet for additional $$ which was pretty good too.

Due to a different information in a booklet we got at checkin and on the pool doors, we were not able to use the pool. We came when it was supposed to be open according to the booklet, but it was closed and they wouldn't open it for us, becasue on the pool doors it said a differengt time. Kids were very upset :(

The house locates near Auxerre, about 15mins driving time. Great price, spaceous areas and amazing facilities (pool , swing and slide etc.). AND lovely animals (horse, goats, chickens) Very nice and helpful staff

Enjoyed the view and access to the pool. Space for the kids to play with animals, pool and a trampoline.

Sometimes lack of access to staff during the stay. Also times to use the pool were a little restrictive e.g could use the pool after 10:30am but checkout at 11am, they did say we could checkout and use the pool after which was nice.

Escaping this place

Don't come here! Especially when you have children. Don't come here. We booked a loft for 4 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby. When we arrived at 22h the gate was closed. We tryed to phone them but no one answered the phone. After one hour someone opened the gate. All was fully booked, even the loft which we reserved and paid. At the end we got two rooms with no windows. And because there were not enough beds, some of us had to sleep on the couch. Also the day after we couldn't speak to the owner. There is no reception. There is only a cleaner and a gardener, but they are very rude. That makes that the place feels really unsafe. And above all when we contacted them by email they immediately refused us to pay back our money or even a part of it.

They had a big and nice outside area, with a pool etc.

Everything is homemade - and not in the charming way. Everything is made of cheap materials, and no real carpenter or craftsman has ever sat their foot in the building. You could hear the guests next door breathing...

Excellent location in proximity to Auxerre, Chablis and Sancerre. Big outside space with views on Loir valley. Hosts offered a welcome aperitif serving their own wine.

I liked nothing about this place Maybe in the summer the pool is nice but this "residance" is a disaster

This is a dirty place. The main corridor and staircase have a constant smell of cigarets or stinky dish. Kitchen in the appartment is done as cheap as possible. No good equipment and a lot ofa basics missing. The dishes were greasy after previous guests!! room was overpacked with beds. The offer on booking is very unclear with the pictures of what they offer. The staff ingored my multiple requests to make an invoice for me which only confirms their approach to the client. Highly unrecommend

It is no B&B, it is a sort of hotel where also live foreign workers.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The property was okay with some shading and a little garden and pool.

Based on the posted pictures our expectations were completly off! I get why they only posted detail photo's and no photo's of the rooms or an property overview.. Although the room was large it was just an empty space with 3 beds and a table. There was no closet space. There was only 1 glass door to a little balcony and no windows. The doors weren't soundproof at all! Which meant we could easily follow conversations in other rooms. The bathroom was clean but only had the bare necessities. There was no atmosphere in the room or bathroom. A part of the general area was still under construction. The outside space was nice but relatively small and a large part was a concrete slab. The view is nice if you look past the industrial area you initially see (and hear). We made a reservation for the 2bedroom apartment. They first placed us in the wrong room (Studio with pool view), when we notified them, we were taken to the apartment but we switched back to the studio. All the points mentioned also account for the apartment but you add slanted roofs. I asked about the pricing but we didn't have to pay extra. Now I see the studio is cheaper.. The breakfast is nice but they fill up once every few days. When we had breakfast another couple told us the day before the breakfast was more extensive. A day later and it was refilled again.

Breakfast expensive for the offer. Bathroom not well finished. Main room door difficult to close. Wifi was out due to some maintenance.

Good and large room.

The bathroom flor want clean! No bean at the room! At the arriving the room was cold, it needed couple hours to worm - next morning!

It had a Kitchen area / kitchenette and was pet friendly :)

Only One room ... 1 single bed & Single bunk beds ...no double bed :(. extremely noisy neighbours ... the advert made it sound like a small apartment ( as did the Price Tag) with separate rooms for bed / kitchen / lounge etc but it was just one room with a wall kitchenette ... for the price £125 p n. It was was very poor indeed we have stayed in far far better for the same cost and less it was not the hotel from hell by any means but it was not good either would not recommend it sorry however would have been happy with it if priced in the £50 p n. Range. But based on many other stays throughout both Europe and France we expected much more for £125 price tag
