Хубави, чисти и големи стаи. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Голяма Спа зоната. Разположението на комплекса е страхотно -в борова гора.

Около външните басейни има нужда от реновиране.

Από κάποιο λάθος του προσωπικού δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες στο μπάνιο. Ζητήσαμε από την υποδοχή, έγινε κάποιο λάθος και πήραν αλλού, αλλά τελικά μας έφεραν κι όλα καλά

Room: 1. It stunk of cigarettes, the carpet, the bathroom, everywhere! 2. The chair for the work desk is broken, I fell off and hurt myself 3. Pillows were old and uncomfortable 4. Bed is too small for a suite - it wasn't even a queen size bed 5. Walls are too thin, you can hear people in other rooms and even guests above the room Spa: 1. Facilities are too old, and too dark 2. Pools, not all features are working Lobby and Hotel facilities: 1. Outdated and too dark, needs an upgrade as it's not a good ambiance

The hotel is situated in a small pine forest on top of a hill, which offers a magnificent view of Velingrad. For those who enjoy hiking, there are excellent opportunities since the ecopath starts right by the hotel. Not to forget the staff who was friendly and very helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our little holiday and we would come back again next year.

The beds, especially the sofa bed and the pillows, were uncomfortable.

The hotel, staff, and amenities were great. The place was spotless – we used the hot mineral pool, the SPA, the massage parlor and the restaurants. Breakfast was abundant even for the picky eaters there were choices and options. Everyone was accommodating and went out of their way to help and try to address any asks we might have had. In short, the Maxi hotel was a great place to kick back and relax.

What could have been organized a bit better was the game room for the kids – it was a bit too small and getting change for the games was challenging. Also, while the location of the hotel itself was great from perspective of being elevated and offering amazing views of the area, if someone wanted just to wonder around town – that might have been a bit more challenging.
