Great facility for the family with great amenities. Perfect location to get to all attractions

The fire alarm went off at 2am, and there was no announcement or explanation. Guests were in the lobby, hoping for answers, but none was given. At checkout, it would've been nice to get an apology for the inconvenience. The water slides were still out of service, but the pool was open. No lifeguards, so swim at your own risk

location to Pt Pelee National Park is exceptional.

The bed mattress needed to be replaced. one half had a huge hollow. otherwise the room was good and it was very clean.

We had to cart a stroller up and down 3 sets of stairs in order to get to our room. The water was lukewarm for showers. It's extremely noisy if you're in the atrium area. The waterslide have been closed for months, and they were the reason we booked at that hotel. We were made aware that this was the case, but we were then told we would have to pay $10 just for a cot for our daughter. $10 was not a big amount, but you would think that good customer service would wave that fee, considering all their facilities were not available. We were under the impression that our credit card was going to be charged a certain amount. When we got to the hotel, we were charged nearly an extra $100 in fees and taxes. It was a bit deceptive as it appeared on the advertisement that the total cost was what we were originally quoted. It's definitely overpriced for facilities not being fully available.

Open concept for kids to play. Water and coffee continually provided in lobby. Cheap breakfast. Movie in side lobby for kids in the evening..

The water slide wasn't working. Surprised BW doesn't have recycling bins in the rooms and around the atrium. The fees for the video games. There are only a few, but $2 for air hockey. Was also shocked, not a BW issue...how messy some kids were. Leaving garbage laying around...

Needed a place to stay for the night

The meal we had was OK but the waiter got all the orders wrong. Gave my son hot sauce wings that he didn't order. Gave me a drink with rye in it and I was pissed I'm going to have to start over at AA meeting. You guys need new waiters. Plus my grandbabies wanted to use the waterslide and we couldn't use them. You should update your website saying water slides not in use.

The staff was fantastic!! Everyone so friendly and caring and extremely helpful. They were all so nice with my toddler and that made him enjoy the stay even more! The food was good and having the atrium with the jungle gym and all the other entertaining things was the best thing for my kid!

the property was really good for the kids. they had a blast. room was clean need some fixing up, pool was warm also needed some fixing.

it was so cold. didn’t seem to have heat on in the halls and atrium where we spent most of our time . very cold going from room to pool. bathroom is the pool area not working. when checking in the front desk was not friendly. seemed like we were disturbing them.

The slides in the swimming pool aren't working. No elevator for the building that we were and the stair had a lot of dust. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable.

Liked the fun zone.

Wasn't instructed on what time breakfast ended and therefore almost didn't get breakfast which we payed for when booking. Also the fun zone is looking cold.

Nice staff, room is what it is bed was comfy. Breakfast was 100 percent on point.

Just feel if the place is geared towards families with children then the play area and equipment should be the number 1 area of focus. Video game area 3 games out of order ( 2 of which were out of order in 2021) and 1 game had no prizes left to win. Other 3 worked fine.
