The location is great.

The bed crack, shower leak everywhere, People coming druck and shouting in the hall at 3h30am, really small t.v.

not well kept.

old and dirty. bedsheets had hair on it. tiny fridge was not working, so warm, with old , rotting food left inside. dusty floor. furniture old and falling apart. radiator broken and left hanging. no staff available at night. other visitors were very loud, arguments broke out in the hallway in the middle of the night. no noise policy. my kids woke up scared. HORRIBLE!

The street and location are perfect. This is why I chose that place.

Dirty, very noisy, uncomfortable, old equipment, bad wi-fi, NO PARKING SPOT whatsoever, had to drive around for an hour when I arrived after following the indications of the front hat were not useful at all.

Location was great for NYE and restaurants. very accesible

It could’ve been cleaner, specially the floors. Sometimes it was noisy

Clean, nice room(s) w/ fireplace, tub & separate shower.

Soap dispenser in bathroom empty, request for a fill was unanswered (not done) Not even a working coffee machine in the lobby for the morning 😒

The location is perfect, price accessible and room clean and good

Only that the fan did some strange noises

- locations was amazing - clean - friendly staff

- no elevator - there was times when there was no staff (i.e. during checkout times) - room temperature control was confusing (there was 3 in the room)

Love the rooms, we had the street view and the location is fantastic.

No parking, or very little parking. Have to go to the hotel next door. There is no safe available in the room

There was no breakfast,,Parking at chateau Laurier was inconvenient

The stair and hallway area was a little ragged

Good size room. Had everything we needed. Good location.

Slipped in shower due to lack of grip on bath surface. Plug hole stuck in wash hand basin.

Location, room and the friendliness of the receptionist

There wasn't any housekeeping services and limited parking.

No towels. No staff on site to check in. Pictures did not match the actual room we stayed in
