General impression is very nice. The building is awesome, very stylish, with nice paintings on the wall. The room was exceptionally clean, everything was neat and tidy. The location is not perfect, but it is near the center. The staff was very pleasant. I was impressed by the classical music at breakfast:)

Just a several ideas to improve the impression: - There is no mini-bar in the room. It would be great to add tea/coffee station and a bottle of water in the room. The price is not low, these things can be easily added to make the stay more comfortable. - I've noted that there will be two people in the room but we got only one shampoo and one shower cap. That was surprising. - It would be awesome to make breakfast more diverse. There were only sweet options, while some people prefer something salty like eggs, cheese, oatmeal or sausages.

It is a charming, old school, European style place. Simple and elegant. Staff were so kind and helpful!

no fridge in the room. minimal number of sockets/ plug-only two on a light extension one side of the bed, no toiletries except one sachet of shampoo .

The location of the hotel was perfect for the festival! Very good bread for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprise about the comfort of the bed. It was actually comfortable (room 9). We arrived early for check-in and they accommodated us with parking and leaving our bags to the lobby.

Nothing much to dislike! Our room was rather small, but nothing to complain about. Just be careful about the bathtub, could be slippery.

The hotel's decoration is beautiful, staff is extremely kind and helpful. The room is a little old but spacious and has everything we needed.

The breakfast is a little limited in time and in food variety. Rooms have very few power outlets

We choose not to put on AC and left window open through the night. It was noisy. Breakfast very good. You might want to put non stick pads in shower, very slippery. Staff very good.

Loved the decor in this quaint hotel. Location was perfect! Central to everything and Old Quebec. We loved strolling down Cartier Av where foodies and shoppers would love the great restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good and stocked well. Service was excellent. Room was clean.

1. Air conditioner barely worked. Didn't cool the room down much. Room was still warm after having it on all night. (We did not put in a complaint as I don't think it was something they could fix overnight and we were there only 3 nights). 2. The pillows could be better (one too soft and the other was too skinny) but bed was comfy. 3. And this is not a big deal, but the room wasn't made up daily. On vacation I like having my bed made for me.

Well located and very quiet. Most things within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds were firmer than I like. If you have mobility issues there are a lot of stairs and no elevator.
