Gorgeous view from the balcony and perfect location… beautiful hotel.. great restaurant…

Weird elevator pattern… had to take one elevator to reception on the 7th floor and another to our room on the 6th floor… got used to it quickly but a little strange

Very modern amenities, cool 60’s-70’s retro museum theme throughout. Perfect location, close to the water, and only a block away from the Main Street in Old Montréal, also very walkable to downtown Montréal. Anyone who is a hockey fan (or even a sports fan) should request the hockey themed room. A small in/out parking lot is only a block away and can be billed thorough the hotel.

The breakfast “basket” delivered to you room every morning was a really great concept, however we would have preferred a hot breakfast. Alternatively, even being able to choose certain breakfast items for the basket each day would have been a nice option.

Centrally located and breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

No room service past 8.30pm which was stressful with children and we had no idea that restaurants close before even the sun sets! The staff caused us a HUGE DRAMA when we were leaving we asked the night before to ha e the valet bring our car out to the front... At 5am we discovered they brought the wrong car... And preceeded to give us our key and location of our car in the parking building. Turns out the car was on a different floor than what they informed us and different parking number. Bottom line it was chaos, unprofessional and caused my family so much stress for a bookibg that cost me 3000 CAD... Unacceptable and I will never recommend this hotel and will not stay there again

This hotel was amazing: beautiful, great location, clean, quiet, and the staff was wonderful. It was perfection!

It was great in every way.

Nice place with a view and a good location, just where the old city begins. Nice room, bed and closet. Big bathroom with nice shower, shower pressure and soap. Nice gym. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and there was a sundeck too. Helpful staff upon check-in and checkout, a lot of tips for sightseeing. Restaurants just outside and supermarket nearby. Walking distance to everywhere in old city etc. Walking distance from train/bus station, but recommend taxi, because the city is hilly.

A bit unstable wifi. I prefer a place with laundry possibilities - there is though a good steamer in the room and a laundromat nearby. A bit of a walk to get to the room - you take the elevator to the 7th floor (reception) and then another elevator, if your room is on a different floor than the reception. Uninterested staff when I wanted left trash in my room upon check-in removed. Had to ask another.

Staff and rhymes with nice.

There was a strange smell on the hallway on the floor and also Ryan, but they switched rooms for us. They dealt with it well.

The location was awesome. The room was spectacular and the staff were phenomenal. Thank you for making our anniversary trip a memorable one!
