Balcony in the room was nice. Beds were comfortable and it was clean for its age.

Very upset that the hot tub was out of order as this was the reason I booked this hotel. There was no mention of this on their website when I booked the week before. There was also no elevator in the older section we were in which made for multiple trips to the vehicle for luggage and belongings since we could not use a luggage cart. The room location and lack of amenities was not a $250 stay!

Its really run down!. Things hanging from the ceiling, wallpaper falling off, bathtub needs a makeover

I made a reservation approx 6 weeks ago. Luckily I called to confirm my reservation a couple of days before to be told that the hotel was closed due to an electrical fire. NO ONE CONTACTED ME to inform that I would not have accommodations.

I DO NOT LIKE that I was not informed that I would not have my reserved accommodations! Had I not called, I would have arrived to find we did not have a room. It cost me considerably more to book a room at another hotel on short notice. I was lucky to get one short notice!

When we got there the hotel was closed due to a fire that happened 3 weeks ago and no one notified us despite hotel saying that Booking.com had been notified. We had to find another hotel that night last minute which was quite an inconvenience and more expensive. Very disappointed with Booking.com. We were lucky that not hotels in the area were booked.

I was very surprise to learn that I had booked a pet friendly hotel and then was told that there is a 25.00 charge? 1st time I have been charged extra.

I liked the pool, hot tub and dry sauna. It has a central location with easy access to highway.

I did not enjoy that the pet friendly room I stayed in had the most disgusting carpets I’ve ever seen. The room smelled of all the pets that have stayed in before and obviously have not been cleaned in a long time. Even my dog had a hard time finding a comfortable place to lay down. The bottom of bathroom door was chewed by some previous pet and never repaired, but it made easy access for the resident bathroom spider to roam around. The doors had an automatic locking mechanism that made a crashing sound if they were let go and when combined with a drunk guy going out for a cigarette every 15 minutes between 12:30 and 2 am, made for the worst Saturday night ever. Calling the front desk was difficult as the hotel phone was broken. It wouldn’t have mattered, not once in the two days I stayed did anyone ask about my experience or seemed anything other than sleepwalking on the job.

Convenient dog friendly

Fee for pet and more noise from people above me and children running in the halls making noise My dog was way less noisy . Also if pet fee for cleaning, there was dog hair on chair from a previous visitor that hadn’t been removed

The room was incredibly damp when we arrived and not comfortable to sleep in.
