no mini bar or lack of 18+ liquids in the room, otherwise all good.

it was in a convenient location. friendly and helpful staff. Had food available. only thing I didn’t like was location of room. should have asked to change. too close to restaurant and entrance. a lot of noise. but that was on me.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that I came in person and explained to Jutti (not sure if I’m spelling it right) that I wanted to make sure that my nephew Matthew wasn’t stressed about checking in or checking out. it was enough that he and his wife were attending the wedding. I specifically told him to charge the room to me. I was at the hotel just after 10 am on Saturday May 13. Matthew was asked to give his credit card for a deposit. I asked Jutti to make sure that this doesn’t happen. How could he forget 2 hrs later.

The bed was comfy, the room was big, and the seat for desk was good. They have a really good gym. All the machines work really good. My room was on the ground.

The windows don't open, sink was almost plugged, I got an handicap shower with telephone handle(totally hate it) and the front desk guy run after my friend to ask him where he was going... He felt like almost harassed.... Not really friendly staff... Except for the maid. Really nice girl. I found for 200/night, breakfast should have been included. Plus no coffee in the lobby(only hot water) (that look like there is coffee) even if website said that.

The hot tub was cold, very disappointed.

The building was pretty new, so it was clean and looked nice. The staff was nice.

The reason we chose this hotel was for the pool, and the pool was out of service for a couple of weeks, with no indication on the website. The building is new, but poorly built with little sound proofing. We could hear the people in the next room (and they weren’t speaking particularly loudly) as well as every footstep of the people above us. The door had a large gap under it, so you could hear everything in the hallway. Not a smart way to build a hotel.
