Ac sucked needs a new one room smelt like chlorine too close to pool!

I liked that it was easy to get to and quiet.

Bathroom needed a facelift

It was close to a lot of different places.

Our stay was an absolute nightmare. When we entered our room, you could instantly tell that it had not been cleaned. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was blood or poop stains all over the bathroom floor. The shower was full of sand. We were then moved to another room. When we went in, we looked around to see if it had been cleaned before we decided to stay in that room. We flipped over the blankets/pillows and there was a pile of crumbs/food from the previous stay. We were shown another room. A THIRD ROOM. On one of the beds, the duvet was covered in blood stains, the side of the bed was filled with people’s boogers, and mold.. there were pee stains all over the sheets, and lastly there was toothpaste scattered all over the bathroom mirror/sink from the previous people. It was an absolute nightmare. :(

It was clean and the breakfast was great the breakfast staff was very nice

the room was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and understanding, we commented on the smell of smoking and marijauna in the hall and throughout the hotel to the staff and they were very understanding, while we were speaking to the staff about the smell of smoke another person commented on the problem as well,

the hotel smelled of smoke and marijauna (sorry about the spelling), my daughter and myself both suffer from migraines and this is a trigger for both of us, it was March break and the hotel was full of students which is okay but they were quite loud, there was yelling in the hall outside our room until late into the night and I was woken at 2 am by some people outside our room being very noisy, we chose not to stay for breakfast due to many people in the dining area and no where to sit, that was probably due to the time we came for breakfast, it was 9 am, had we not have paid for the room before arriving at the hotel we would not have stayed there but we had booked through Expedia and it was non-refundable. I should say that the room did not smell of smoke so that was appreciated
