perfect location - close to absolutely everything! good quality shampoo/soaps in bathroom. room was spacious - we traveled with our baby and had no problem fitting the playpen in for her to sleep. EV chargers were always available for us to use. staff was super friendly at check in/out.

mattress was too soft for us, might be general preference but our backs were sore after two nights. the air was dry, we would wake up needing to drink water and with a sore throat. overall these would not be deterrents and we would stay here again!

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to main roads, and places to eat. Really liked the cleanliness and the peppermint smell in the room!

Breakfast quality was ok

The breakfast has good variety of options. People are very kind and welcoming.

There was no Nutella or chocolate spread for the pancakes or waffles 😊

Me pareció bueno pero esperaba más siendo de la cadena Hilton, buscaba una estación de carga eléctrica para el automóvil y no había y el personal no daba recomendaciones y/o opciones. Considere que siendo un hotel de la cadena Hilton tendría estas instalaciones

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Handy to have fridge, microwave etc. bathroom modern & clean. The staff at check in, and at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

The pool area was not clean. Floors dirty, windows dirty, pool water not at all clear. Even a green rim around the surface of the water. Bits floating around in the spa tub. Just didn’t feel clean or well maintained at all.
