The breakfast was great. The room was quiet, although the location is just next to a busy road. Personal was polite and helpful.
I found some long hairs on the bathroom floor, probably remained there from cleaning cloth. This is the case in quite many hotels, and thus not a big minus.

The hotel is nice. The room is spacious, clean and modern. Overall great experience.

The room is kept very clean. Staff are helpful and efficient. We had to shorten our stay in short notice and the staff resolved it in no time. Breakfast was included! It was fresh and yummy.

I have stayed here my last 4 trips home to Canada from Texas. I stay here because of the price, the clean comfortable rooms and I know the area.
The desk chair in the room was wobbly but this was not a big deal to me

elevators are loud and scary;
employees were very rude. i booked through booking.com and said they couldnt find my booking, hung up on me. the employee was very rude and was even mocking us for calling him multiple times.

Toilet did not flush. There was not a restaurant to acquire food at late arrival. Requesting $200 deposit that was not in the booking.

it is clean and location is suitable. The breakfast is simple , basic but we are made to pay CAD 14 per head per day when we book through booking.com. After checking, was told breakfast is complimentary by the hotel. Thus we are very disappointed that booking.com has charged us extra of CAD 56 for a very very basic simple breakfast
