O conforto e o tamanho do quarto. As camas muito macias (2 Queen). Os travesseiros muito bons e muitos (o q foi essencial para nós).. Além disso o frigobar muito grande e o café maravilhoso em pacotinhos usados na cafeteira. E a atenção de todos no front desk. O fato de ter um Dennys dentro do Hotel resolveu o Café da manhã e em algumas vezes o jantar. Gostamos de tudo. Até a parada de ônibus na frente do hotel um supermercado muito perto.

Staff was amazing and room location to the pool was fantastic. Also enjoyed two dining options right on site.

The hotel was incredibly loud. Our first night we didn’t have neighbours and was pleasant. The second night was so loud with boys fooling around and yelling in the room beside us. Nobody was able to sleep. It was a shame as we had small kids with us who really could have used a decent nights sleep. It wasn’t until 1:30am we got any peace. For this reason, we probably won’t return although everything else was great.

battery’s we’re dead, on remote towels weren’t stocked , the coffee pot was brewing blue stuff. all minor issues . staff helped with all problems

i liked the pool and the location of it

it had a pool and hot tub.

it was under a lot of repairs due to a recent flood on the ground floor. the beds were ok but the pillows are too full, wrenched our necks and couldn’t get comfortable. the blankets were minimal and light. the sheets showed a couple stains/dirty spots. we came back one evening after a very long fun but exhausting day to find sewage smell in our room. the front staff moved us to another room right away. but, it was obviously disruptive and a hassle to get everything packed up and moved over, all the while our 5 year old was now wide awake late at night. we had to call down to the desk for clean towels each evening. the AC unit in the second room was very loud. a thunk while ramping up and a constant rattling the entire time while running. neither rooms locks worked. the first room the pad lock didn’t line up to the receiver. the second room the safety latch screws where barely in and you could pull them out by finger. there was a burn mark on the carpet. stains on the bed skirt. we had to ask the following day if they could compensate somehow for the troubles. they gave us 2 passes to Galaxyland at WEM. it was something but we probably won’t get to use them since we were leaving Edmonton that morning and don’t plan to return again by the end of the year when these passes expire. we won’t be choosing to stay at this hotel ever again.

it was very outdated. we had to take the shower head off to actually get any water on our bodies. we didn’t go in the pool because we overheard guests saying the water changed the colour of their bathing suits.
