Room was clean, comfortable and quiet although a little outdated.

Breakfast could have been better - cereal was stale, no decaf coffee, limited choices - only fruit was a banana.

Everything! It was dirty it smelled horrible and you could hear everything outside the room. The beds were not clean. Thank god we had our own blankets and pillows!

Did not like the noise of kids they woke us up after a long drive had to ask them to quiet down

was surprised by how small the hotel was at first. it was more like a motel. once we got into the room we could see that it was clean . didn’t realize there would be only one bed but the king size was just fine. the bed , duvet and pillows were incredibly comfy. the shower was great also. no comparison at all to a much more expensive hotel that we stayed in last time. the English lady who ran the breakfast area was wonderful!

The breakfast was good and convenient and well organized. I don’t get waffles very often and it was a treat to have them. I appreciated having nice cold milk available as well. I asked the manager for a recommendation of where to go for supper, and he gave us an excellent suggestion. The location was fine because we wanted easy access to downtown.

We paid for a premium room with a sofa, but we were given only a basic room. We did not complain because the beds were OK and we were only there for one night. Also, I tried to call the front desk at around 9 PM, and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and was never answered. I was expecting a nicer hotel, and found this one quite shabby.

My room was a really good size, the bed was comfortable. I liked that it didn't have carpet and was a laminate wood floor. It was nice and clean. There is a continental breakfast in the morning so that was great. The couple that manage the place are lovely. I would stay there again.

Motel was outside of town

the fact that they charged me 4 times and told me that it never went through and made us call Priceline and booking for the money saying that they collected it. so I even tried paying again physically while I was there and he took out 50$ then said that’s all that it let him , and proceeded to tell us we couldn’t stay there without paying full , so I asked for a refund for it all / or even just the 50 since he claimed that they didn’t get it when we had paid now 5 times but he was telling us they didn’t receive any money . So he argued and didn’t even want to give me that back, finally ended up “doing the refund “ he even provided me a receipt that states refund at the top but at the bottom says purchases 1 refunds 0 , so we go find out that he never refunded even the 50$ to our account but instead attempted to take more out. and the start I thought maybe the booking or Priceline app scammed us but I spoke with them on the phone and that definitely was not the case and it was that the super 8 in Brockville had scammed us for 500$ , then kicked us out into the cold. we got there at 11 this happened at 1 am.. it’s been a couple days , we’re still waiting for a refund they told us to call the cops and try for the refund cause they’re not doing anything.
