Thé staff were absolutely lovely, that’s the only reason I didn’t complain to them.

The smell in every portion of the hotel was varied and assaulting, it made being there a very troubling experience. The bed felt as if it may fall apart. The wifi did not work in my room, and I had to rely on my cell data all weekend. I paid for a room with wifi, and I did not receive what I paid for. I would like my money refunded, as the contract was not honoured!

We liked the rooms, the swimming pool and overall it was nice and comfortable.

There were major issues with accessibility at this location. I was not briefed on the fact upon booking that there were two floors and no elevator. I have physical impairments with my knees that created a lot of pain having to walk up and down so many stairs also with suitcases etc. There were no push button door opener buttons either. I was very surprised at all of this. I believed that a bill (101 I believe) for accessibility was passed whereby locations needed to accommodate their locations for accessibility quite a few years ago. I didn’t see which room I had been assigned to in the booking of course. I was surprised to see this when I arrived. The hotel was fully booked so switching rooms was not an option. The lady who worked in the little dining room was pleasant but supplies for food were apparently on back order so there was not much to eat for breakfast. The room was clean and the shower worked well. I will not be returning to this location next month however due to the accessibility issues

Small bathroom. Sink outside of the bathroom, near the door. This was a weird layout.

Beds were comfortable. Room was well sound proofed, despite being located next to highway. Breakfast had a good variety and quality.

Room had seen better days. Trim around baseboards was coming off, wire mold under TV coming off, grout around sink coming apart, some dirt from previous customer still in room.

To be honest, the property is run down, old. They dont offer water, neither did the vending machine had water so it was annoying to go sleep thirsty at midnight.

building is in poor shape. has been painted. carpets are old. curtain rod broken in the room. room cleaning staff seriously deficient. no one seems to be overseeing the cleaning staff.

Loved the breakfast!

The bed was comfortable. The room was ok, nothing special. We went for breakfast and there were no eggs left in the pan and nobody around to ask for some. We left and had to have breakfast elsewhere. The building is showing its age and certainly could do with some renovations.

Everyone working at the hotel is exceptional. They would go above and beyond for any requests.

Overall, Very outdated. Smelt musty everywhere. Breakfast was not great. Gym was not accessible because of covid which doesn't make sense given the rest of the building doesn't follow any protocols.

reserved a king room with hot tub when we got to room it wasn’t even cleaned and the tub was broken they moved me to a 2nd room the room was clean however the tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work they moved me to a 3 room the heater sounded like a helicopter and when I went to fill the hot tub, the water came out yellow with sand and I paid $205 for that when brought it up to the front desk we were supposed to get a callback from the manager, which never happened never never will I ever stay at a Days Inn again

booking.com is stupid. I did this review a week ago and they rejected it.."time expired". On 30 Oct they ask for it again. In Days Inn 2 Oct Rm 215. 2nd floor. Quiet side. No elevator. My luggage heavy on stairs. Windows won't open. No fresh air. Lighting dismal. You need a bright flashlight. Internet unreliable. Bathroom tubshower slippery bottom, no grab bars, dangerous. Good grab bars by toilet. A/C fan blows right at bed. Noisey bathroom fan won't go off if bathrm light on. Returned 6 Oct for one night in Rm 126 main floor, Quiet side. No fresh air. Bed OK. Bathrm very tiny with dismal ceiling light...same noisey fan. Sink light dismal. BdRm lighting same. Can't read. Ancient inefficent incandescent 60w bulb. Light on wall BEHIND TV. Need to replace all bulbs with 13W/1550 lumen LEDs. Save power & more light. Housekeeping staff helpful. Found a table/desk lamp. Breakfast Ok. Good attached Japanese restaurant.

the property was very run down . Our door was very beat up and didn’t close securely. very disappointed to find the previous customers coffee left in the pot in our room and the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned . not a cozy room at all and the hallways smelled like cigarettes!

Price was right, breakfast room was a good size and food was OK.

Outside doors not secured at night. Mattress was past it's time, soft and saggy.

The carpet on the hallway smelled funny. The unit door was out of shape, there was a huge gap on the door enough to peek through both from inside and outside. We were on the ground floor, our room can be accessed from the back and you can get inside the building without the access card so anyone can. Did not feel safe.

The staff were fantastic to deal with and the property and room were very clean. Top notch customer service from checkin and check out. The bed could have been more comfortable. It sagged really bad in the middle and had very cheap pillows.But the price was decent. :)

very close to 401 highway. Convenient to continue trip in Am.( Time saving.) staff were pleasant and trying to be helpful. Quiet.

short staffed. staff pleasant but very overwhelmed due to bus group arriving at same time. Didn’t believe me that I paid up front and then had to rectify in Am as he had additionally charged us.
