The room has a great condition and the facilities were nice and clean. The beds were feel comfortable. The breakfast menu was reasonable. The DIY waffles were yummy, my kids were loved it.

O banheiro tinha um box em formato triangular que era muito pequeno até para uma pessoa magra. O banheiro e o quarto tinham cheiro de mofo. O carpete do quarto parece nunca ter sido lavado a seco. A cortina tinha poeira. Instalações bem antigas. A sala do café da manhã era ao lado da recepção, sem uma porta para separar os ambientes. O café da manhã era fraco, sem variedades, pois parecia mais um pequeno lanche. Meu cunhado e a esposa estavam no quarto ao lado e também não gostaram do hotel pelos mesmos motivos. Minha família e eu não pretendemos nos hospedar novamente nesse hotel.

The location with parking worked out well for us, plus the room was spacious.

Breakfast could have been better.

Good facilities- laundry, spa & pool, fitness centre. Snacks available for a reasonable cost . Breakfast options were excellent with tea & coffee available in the main lobby. Small easy to use coffee machine in room. Hairdryer and toiletries provided along with tv. Luggage can be stored in a locked room on check out for collection later.

The one elevator and pet floor was on the top floor.

Great spot for walking everywhere, rooms were big and it was great having a kitchen..

Staff was fantastic! The costco breakfast was alright, nothing special.

Mold in the shower, toothpaste globs on the bathroom counter, sewing pin in the lamp shade, beds were very small and kept sliding off the frame, very loud other guests late at night in the hallways, pool is freezing cold swam in the hot tub, no room service until you spend 3 or more nights
