Nice room and good breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, the pool and spa were great. The breakfast was good and offered a few options that were Gluten Free (Celiac friendly). Had a few restaurants near by that you could walk to. There was a power outage from 7-8:30am so it was very dark in the hallway and rooms, but this is not something that the hotel could have prevented.

It is a bit out of the way if you want to be near a lot of shops and site seeing. If you didn't have a car it would be hard to access anything not within walking distance of the hotel.

Breakfast was very good but a bit confined in that room until they open an overflow room which we did not have a chance to try before 8:30.

There was an issue with the shuttle and I felt staff didn't even extend themselves, never mind going out of their way to assist me. Two hours of my time were wasted getting to the property. Time is most essential to me, and there is no recourse for having it wasted. I was not asked if I was able to walk all over the place - first shuttle location, then a taxi service location, to being told to be on the other side of the airport when I had already been in that area and made my way to shuttle area. Waiting for 45 minutes for the shuttle to find out it was not coming. Having to call the taxi service myself and then try to locate that specific company. I would not recommend this property, nor would I go back and stay. I did try to change my reservation and the property would not allow it.

The Hotel from reception to every staff were so respectful. Ever willing to render exceptional services. The room is home away from home. My kids enjoyed it. The meal was excellent and gave enough eating time for guest. The pick up and drop off from and to the airport was awesome perk. In all I will not hesitate to make a reservation here wen next I visit Vancouver
