It is close to many restaurants, the casino, and the waterfront. The chairs in the breakfast lounge were new and comfortable. The staff wiped off tables quickly after use. They were polite and happy to help.

The breakfast food wasn’t that great. The pork sausage was sub-standard quality. The yogurt was chalky in taste. The elevators ran pretty slow. The toilet in our bathroom was millimeters from the shower door. It felt too tight. The toilet should gave been turned the other direction so as to face the tub.The parking lot is quite small for a hotel this size.

Location was great. Right on Riverside and close to the water. Beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Location is perfect, situated just across Windsor Riverfront. Our room have big window with spectacular river view and Detroit skyline. Front desk staff was great and helpful. I asked to change to higher floor to have a better Riverview. They were very helpful; accommodated my request and answered all our questions. Room is bright and clean, but the air conditioner unit is kind of noisy especially when they kicks on in the night.

The breakfast was fantastic. We had never seen a pancake maker before. The location was convenient. The rooms weren't huge but were clean and good for a couple nights stay. The pool was nice and warm.

The pool water was unexpectedly cloudy and the bathrooms could have been a little closer to the pool area.

Tried to check in early by 1 hour. However, the room wasn't available even though others were checking in. Seems like using booking.com you do not get same service as people who book directly.

It was very close to our event at Ceasars Windsor. We felt very secure as we had to swipe our keycard to get in Lobby after hours and on the elevator in order to get off on our floor. Very clean, loved the view of the river and Detroit skyline. Also like that there were good toiletries.

Had to pay for parking, lobby area very small and got crowded easily.

The breakfast and staff were great.

Pool wasn't heated like it said and bed was too soft.

Everything. Your new trainee Jasmine was very nice, always had a smile professional. All the staff we're great. Lovely buffet, beautiful view of the water from our room. Snacks on hand to purchase. It was a wonderful experience
