Staff interaction is good but they do not resolve your major concerns

-Room was smelly. We brought candles to get rid of. - Blankets was not clean and torn - Regarding smell they say if you have pet then you have these rooms only. So what is the purpose of having pet friendly rooms when they are not livable. You can adjust rest of the things. But smell was the main concern. My kids wanted to go back same day.

Location was good for our need of appointments near by. NO amenities.

Dog urine stains in room, urine stains on wall in bathroom, dog feces not picked up outside. Overall the place was not very clean. Heater in room only worked for awhile then just blowing cool air, beds and sheets not in best condition, housekeeping was lacking.

They were accommodating

They use air freshener in the room when they clean, it was so strong that my husband and I could taste it. I have a sensitivity to fragrance and requested to be moved, but the next one was no better. The beds were hard, and we had to downgrade rooms to ve accommodated early and got charged more. The plugs by the bed where both very loose and would barely keep my phone charger in, I killed some sort of bug in the bathroom. The water from the tap comes our white before it settles. I'm not staying here again unless I have absolutely no other choice

TV in room could use a remote control.. but at least there's a Cogeco remote.. and the old time heater works awesome. Heat up the room no problem.
