Great location. Beautiful rooms. Awesome beds. Super friendly staff. Great pool and hot tub. As a Marriott member, use of the ‘Pantry’ , all the food and drink you could want.

A chaque voyage à Calgary nous descendons au Delta Hôtels by Marriott et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie géniale et la vue exceptionnelle. L’hôtel est très agréable. Le restaurant très bon. J’adore aussi la salle de fitness/ yoga très bien équipé, la piscine son jacuzzi et sauna, le top.

Pour moi le seul bémol de cette hôtel est la machine à café dans les chambres, dommage ne ne pas mettre un bon café ainsi qu’une vrais machine.

Perfect stay in Calgary - comfy and clean room (with AMAZING view as we were lucky enough to get a room on a high floor). Staff were fantastic! Location is great as it’s right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to most places very easily. Highly recommend! The restaurant and coffee shop on site are nice too!

Newly upgraded hotel with state of the art and yet very comfortable room setting . Very friendly staff and good location with “sky walk” connecting all the major buildings streets and  shopping malls.

I checked in on August 27th I found that the hotel room had not been cleaned when I returned on August 28th. After asking the front desk, I learned that the guest needed to take the initiative to clean the room When I went out on the morning of the 29th, I told the front desk that I needed to clean the room today, but when I came back at 7pm on the 29th, I found that the room still had not been cleaned. After calling us several times to inform us that we needed to clean the room immediately, we waited in the room for 40 minutes before a staff member came to take two bath towels and towels, two disposable paper cups without LIDS, and even threw the top sheet on the floor in front of us while making the bed This is really the worst hotel experience I have encountered so far. I hope the staff of booking can help me complain. I think the hotel should apologize for this bad experience

Room was very clean and comfortable

The hotel staff were all friendly, and the hotel was clean. It was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

We booked two queen rooms. Both are clean and comfortable.

I think the staff could be more attentive guests. When I need to check in or out, the staff saw me there but continued to talk to one another and just let me wait. I think it’d be great if they can acknowledge me and ask me to wait instead of just continued on like I wasn’t there.
