Staff was welcoming. Place was clean. Breakfast was decent. Coffee could be upgraded a bit but coffee and tea weee provided and that is a plus! The hours of operations for the hot tub ans sauna was delightful. Parking was excellent.

Unser Zimmer war am Nachmittag nach der 2. Übernachtung leider noch immer nicht gesäubert (trotz Trinkgeld ;-))

The staff were fantastic, kind, very responsive and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of towels and amenities. The coffee machine in the room was very handy. The amenities at the hotel were great, we enjoyed the sauna and the smores set up.
The rooms were a bit dark without ceiling lights but you could tell the hotel had tried their best to provide a lot of lighting options in the room.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the heater/air conditioner was so close to the bed and noist that it kept us up all night.

Had a great stay at the Canalta Lodge. We loved it from the moment we walked in. The staff were very friendly and gave some great recommendations. We did have a slight miscommunication with ore check in request which was no big deal but within an hour of being in the room a manager had come up to apologize with some complimentary locla made chocolates and a bottle of bubbly which was a really nice touch. The room was great with a beautiful mountain view. The included breakfast was great with a large selection. Can never go wrong with pancakes to start the day and then ending the day with smores a hot tub was delightful. Nowhere else I would stay on Banff and would recommend to everyone
