The location is great

Our room was very dusty, the carpet had an inch of dust along the edges of the carpets, the corners looked like they haven't been vacuumed in months. The dust was so bad it triggered allergic reactions. There were stains of grime running down the walls and on the lamp bases. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff were lovely. The pool is small but my kid enjoyed it. They are renovating the hotel, the decor will hopefully be updated

Not much, except there were a lot of trucks, but that in itself was interesting.

I liked cleanness of the room and the customer service. Breakfast was amazing.

I didn't like the location, the hotel is located on a busy highway with loud traffic, even during the night I couldn't sleep well because it was not quiet. The air conditioning was also extremely loud whole night.

Great facility. Breakfast had good options.

* The staff was wonderful * The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had as an exclusive with the stay. * We didn't use the pool or gym, however, every time we passed by there were ppl inside and it looked clean. * the room, was nice, and clean.

* the 2 main complaints I had were #1. Not sure if this was implemented after covid however, we had to ask for the maid service to come by and clean the room. We stayed for 4 nights, the 1st night we asked for the maid service and she came and made the bed and cleaned it..(side note, I was quite shocked as to how poorly the bed was made - by a professional).. However, the 2nd day we again asked and she/he showed up at 3p when my young daughter was sleeping. The 3rd day they came by after the "12noon" ask time and only cleaned the garbage. (no fresh Towles, soap or clean bed). I understand that we were staying for a few days, however, a clean bed or a made bed is quite nice to come home too. #2, the hallway on the 2nd floor was really cold. I understand that it's the end of May, however, it wasn't warm enough to keep it that cold.

Right off ambassador bridge for our guests arriving from USA, and not far from our wedding venue. The hotel staff went beyond making sure our food was refrigerated in their large fridge for the venue the next day.

the pool option

outdated room we had to ask for bedding for the sofa (although they knew how many people will be staying) and then they said they had no pillows. breakfast- ran out of orange juice, scrambled eggs ( replenished after a while ) small breakfast area for the size of the hotel.

Love the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, waffle maker, etc) and the nicely warmed indoor pool and hot tub. staff was very friendly and festively dressed for New Year’s Eve.

if I had to make a recommendation, I’d like to have milk available at the coffee and tea station.
