The "deals" happening in the parking lot all night long. There is nothing I liked about this place whatsoever.

My keycard didn't work every single night, to which they do that so tenants are properly removed from property. A lot of activity in the parking lot at night, check on your vehicle. Room was dirty, I had to put a towel under the main door to stop the draft of air and bugs. My toilet paper looked like someone had spit on it so I had to get new rolls and the front desk said I should have had toilet paper. Wifi didn't work. Constantly heard outside noise.

Beds not comfortable. Full size bed provided is not big enough for 2 people. This place needs to be upgraded to meet the Choice Hotel standards. This is a Motel that Quality Inn has probably taken over

The facility was under construction. Handrails are paint was everywhere. My actual reservation was canceled prior to my arrival. The room (bed) was dirty. The tv did not work.

The room was not cleaned. There were NO towels. The receptionist did not answer the phone. The shuttle never came for us.

The old chicken bone that was between the fridge and the TV stand. The TV remote didn't work and certain TV channels have no sound.

I know you are under construction but we had basically no hot water, the toilet (room 246) was barely secured to the ground and the outlets on the lamp did not work. also very dark in the rooms

It is a "tired" downtown motel trying to clean up and modernize. It is almost on the Detroit Grand Prix course and this makes it hard to get to race weekend.

No room service. Area was on the boarder of not being clean. While some updating of shower and room details it is still a moderate motel.

My friends used my reservation and said it was great and my cc was never charged. They arrived early in the following morning and the reservation had been cancelled by booking.com at midnight. The motel accomodated and didn't even charge the missed night. The price, free parking and the distance to the festival was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful with the mixup. Too bad the price doubled for next year!

Bed bugs and other insects infested. I would not suggest anyone to stay hrte. My body is still itching.

I like the location it was right by everything & that is downtown don’t have to go far at all to get where your going

the picture’s online are deceiving the rooms are dirty the shower curtain was ripped ashes on the floor plus it smelled like cigarettes the mirror was dirty I could see hair on my bathroom floor. walls are dirty as well as the Floors.

The pictures from booking.com were way different than what we saw in person. The place is located near Ford Field, but outside of that it was trash. Filthy room filthy bathroom walls were oozing a weird color, sheets were BROWN! I went to a store and bought sheets that's how disgusting the room was. We all slept in FULL CLOTHES because it was so filthy.

there was a horrible smell, the heater was broke in our room and extremely loud when it was on. I checked out 2 days early and then got charged for an extra night

The location

Looks old. The key to the room kept not working. On two occasions staff had to come to let me in. The room is not worth it the $50 deposit they charge. They are supposed to refund it upon check-out. I checked my bank account and I still haven't received the refund. The breakfast is not good. When will I get the refund?
