Rooms were clean, pool and play area were great for the kids

Elevator was extremely slow, couldn’t put a cot in our room due to space (it was a regular 2 queen bed room)

Clean rooms, great pool/play area, friendly staff, restaurant food was decent with reasonable pricing

Our room faced the road so it was loud at night

Check in was rude. Services not as described (breakfast not included when booking through 3rd party app for all persons even as listed). So much chemical in the pool we could not be in it, or the games room - it flared our asthma just to be in the hall outside of the pool area. Staff were not consistant with information which made it hard to know what was correct.

Location, close to the Keg restaurant and MLCC. Paid for taxi to take us to the airport.

The bedding and pillows were old.

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the that their is a climbing structure for kids and mom and dad can spend time in the pool and hot tub while still being able to supervise the kids

Next time I will ask for a room that has a window to the outside, our window was facing the indoor pool and when you looked out the first thing you see is a massive head from the play structure that can be creepy at night. I found the room was hot no matter how much we tried to cool it off. We even turned the heat off and the air on but it wasn't cool

Very nice & clean facility. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Quality of meals in the restaurant were excellent.

Family friendly hotel with big suites. The pool and play structure were excellent...definitely going back.

a family member dropped off some luggage for my travels. they had it in my room waiting for me. nice touch.
