We (6 adults in the family) stayed for a week during Christmas 2022. We had to figure things out for a good amount of time into the staying at the villa because the written instruction is not provided - still have not figured out how to light the fire outside next to outdoor chairs. It did not have enough hot water for more than two showers at a time. The additional electricity charge cost more than an additional night’s charge. The main sliding door handle to the pool is way too stiff to open. We recommend it fixed or replaced. We would rather have more essential stuff such as toilet papers, trash bags and cooking oil provided instead of the perk of candies/fruit. It was indeed a modern and clean place. However, the host could have been more clear in dealing with our issues. Written instruction is highly recommended for future guests to use the property.

A lovely property with a very good host. Plenty of space and well equipped with lots of things for the kids to do - table tennis/table football/basketball/pool/hot tub. A very enjoyable stay.

Our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is well equipped and has excellent facilities for both adults and children. The pool is a good size with a shallow end that is great for kids. The check-in/check-out processes were seamless and I would highly recommend this property as a base for exploring Majorca.

We had a wonderful time in the house, heated pool and endless hours in the jaccuzi. Nothing was missed- very warm welcome from Katymary with many surprises. Thx for this great holiday!

Great property with lovely bedrooms, all en-suite. Kitchen and dining have all you need. Pool excellent and lovely grounds. Owner kept in touch before arrival and throughout stay. Lovely location near to local facilities

Currently sat at the airport planning our next trip....we miss it that much already! This villa is beautiful and spacious and was perfectly situated for all the day trips we wanted to make. The children lived in the pool and barely stepped foot inside, except to sleep! Katy Mary is a brilliant host from the outset right the way through our visit - just be mindful of the electricity! Be sure to check out thd Tapas is Sa Pobla on a Wednesday evening!!!

A beautiful villa, with a fabulous pool. We were a family of 8 staying in the villa and we all thought it was exceptional!

We've (family of 9, with children aged 13, 11, 4 and 1) just returned from a wonderful 10 days holiday at this modern well equipped villa. The outdoor area is exceptional with a large pool which the kids loved and a jacuzzi for the adults. The owner Katy is very polite and is on hand to help with any issues. The welcoming basket of fruit was a nice touch, thank you Katy for your hospitality. Car hire is a must to enjoy the local surroundings of Pollenca and Alcudia. The supermarket in Sa Pobla is only a 5min drive and for golfers Pollenca GC is only 8min drive and a must. We couldn't fault this villa and would highly recommend it for a family holiday

House - incredible. Every conceivable need looked after, and then some!! Location suited us for cycling routes - far enough from hustle and bustle of main tourist areas. My sons 5 and 6 years comments were “we love it here”!! Katy is very professional, and hospitalable. On arrival there was a bottle of Cava in the fridge, beers, red wine, a huge basket of fresh fruit!!! Seriously !!! What a place. On the plane on way home and missing it already!!

We stayed as a family of 6 and found everything to be really clean and very spacious. We had a wonderful time and all was very nice. The electric was expensive but we did have a/c on and jacuzzi on all week so I suppose it would be cost us an extra 120 euro but it was cool in the house at all times even when we were out......nice owners.

Stunning 5* villa that accommodated our 2 families with ease. Beautifullly furnished and laid out. Even better than the photos. Katy the host is very helpful and around if you need her. Close to Pollensa and a short drive to Porta Pollensa and Alcudia. Will definitely return

All the essentials are here and much more; with a brilliantly equipped kitchen and utility room. Very spacious with plenty of room for toddlers to run around! Perfect location away from the busier tourist areas but close enough to visit the historic town of Alcúdia, Pollença & Sa Pobla. Great swimming pool excellent for small children as it has a shallow area for paddling in. The Hot tub was amazing. The host Katy was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Pleasantly surprised with the fully stocked fruit bowl in the kitchen. Truly delightful stay. Would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again in the future.....

Our family of 4 had a fantastic 9 days at the villa. The owners were very welcoming and answered all our questions. The house is well appointed and every facility was in working order. We had one difficulty with the back door that was sorted out immediately. If we had one criticism it would be that the garden lighting that came on via a timer late at night could disturb our sleep. Great TV system. WiFi worked brilliantly.

We have just stayed for 1 week at this modern villa, our only complaint is that we had to leave! Wonderful host and tasteful decor in the villa make this a wonderful place to stay. We travelled to Polenca, Alcudia (both within 15 - 20 mins by car) and one day over the mountains to Soller. We stayed with our 2 teenage boys who played table tennis and basketball every day as well as enjoying the warmth of the jacuzzi after a very quick dip in the pool (cold at this time of year!). Sad to leave and be on our way home now but already looking forward to a return visit! Really relaxing and quiet stay.😎

From the time that we arrived and meeting our host Katy Mary, who was very friendly and accommodating until we had to reluctantly leave to return home we had a really lovely time. The villa is beautifully designed and is exactly what it says very spacious and exclusively designed for comfort and a relaxing holiday. It is very well located near to Pollencia and Alcudia and also Sa Pobla for all your essential grocery requirements, although on arrival we were very pleasantly surprised to be greeted with lovely fruits and bread, cakes and biscuits etc from our host and they were very gratefully received after our long journey. The pool although freezing cold for December as you would expect was used daily by our children, who didn't mind a bit of cold as the hot tub was a fantastic treat to warm up afterwards. We had both Christmas and New Year here and found both to be very quiet and just wonderful to escape to tranquility, although we cooked a lovely Christmas dinner in the superb kitchen in between hot tub and pool dips. We didn't want to leave, and will book again in the future. The weather was comfortable at this time of year and sunny most days, but what would have topped it all off is, if it could have been a few degrees warmer to sunbathe for longer it would just have been total perfection. We would recommend this lovely villa to anyone who loves space and easy living and doesn't mind jumping in the car to get to anywhere on the Island, as it was a breeze driving all over and exploring with a very good road network and not too long to get to anywhere at all. A big thank you to Katy Mary and family for providing a beautiful villa to stay in a very quiet area in which we valued our privacy and peace.

From the time we arrived at the villa, met by Katy, to our departure, we had a fantastic time. The house is modern, clean, spacious and was perfect for us. We were 2 families (5 kids & 4 adults). It had everything we expected and more. Really nice outdoor area and the saltwaterpool was great with depths going from 30cm til 170cm. Outdoor bbq perfect for making lunsj/dinner outdoors. This vila is highly recommended. We would go back anytime :-) Thanks Katy

Beautiful modern villa,the pictures do not lie.Salt water pool,hot tub and a great barbie.Located just off the road to Pollensa, around 4 miles,so a car essential to get to the shops and the coast.We had a great holiday.

Katy was incredibly accommodating with timings and when we arrived we were greeted with an amazing fruit bowl , full to the brim along with essentials. The house is very well equipped on every level. The beds are huge and comfy with good blinds in every room. The saltwater pool was thoroughly enjoyed by three generations and a great size/shape. Bathrooms all spotless along with the kitchen, very modern and sleek. May have been helpful to have a visitors book with recommendations and local finds etc but we had trip advisor (although wifi is very patchy, much to the disdain of the teenagers!). Thoroughly recommend although not close enough to anything so car a must and area a little unusual with beautiful villas side by side with empty run down fincas.

What can I say? Wow! This villa is truly amazing! We had a fantastic week and were lucky with the weather (however, not lucky that our 8 year old broke her arm on the first day!). The owner, Katy Mary is lovely. She was on the phone whenever needed, she arranged a taxi to the hospital when we needed help and was at the villa when we arrived quite late with a lovely selection of snacks. The villa itself is very modern and amazingly clean. Equipped with everything you need. We were a family of 6 adults, 2 children and a baby and had so much space we never felt on top of each other. We would strongly recommend this villa.

There were 8 Adult's and 2 babies in our party, as soon as we walked in we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything well equipped for the perfect holiday.The villa is exactly like all the photos and even better, I would definately recommend this villa to family and friends.Thank you so much to Katy Mary for making our holiday stress free and perfect.We asked where the best Tapas was and told to go to Bar Cassa Miss on a Wednesday from 7-9, Highly recommend booking as they were full up outside so we sat inside (fully air conditioned and high chairs for babies ) I left a brochure on pin board by the table tennis table. I'm sure everybody that stays here will have a wonderful , relaxing holiday.

Wir fühlten uns in diesem ansprechend möbiliertem Haus sehr wohl. Das Haus ist mit allen nötigen Küchengeräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und hell. Ein schöner, auch nachts beleuchteter Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geht auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Urlauber gerne ein. Der erste Hunger wurde durch frisches Obst, Getränke und Lebensmittel, der von der Gastgeberin bereitgestellt wurde, gestillt. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen und dieses schöne Haus unseren Freunden empfehlen. Einzig allein der Kunstrasen um dieses schöne Haus störte uns ein wenig.
