There was no breakfast! Was told it was 8 miles from my location was more like 18,

The air conditioner was Noisy! No chicken nuggets in restaurant for kids for dinner, had to go somewhere else, after driving out of our way to get there!

It was comfortable and clean. People were friendly. The pool was super warm.

That breakfast is not included. It's a Starbucks that serves larger breakfast plates for $20

The parking lot is shared with a restaurant that has venues for weddings parties and other things which makes parking dreadful in the evening

Loved the room, facilities and food options. Everyone who worked here was welcoming and friendly. From the Starbucks counter to the front desk and even the cleaning staff, they truly wanted us to have a nice stay. We took advantage of all of the facilities that were available. Had the pool to ourselves in the evening, despite an almost sold out hotel, and even got to use the fitness center in the morning. Our two queen room was quite large and even had a small couch and balcony. It was a wonderful surprise. Easy travel to Mystic, New London and casinos.

The hot tub was out of service. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but still enjoyed the heated pool.

the property was nice and clean when they actually cleaned. however you need to tell them to change linens towels and even make up the room or they just leave it which, for the price is BS.

the room had one tiny piece of furniture with storage and otherwise nowhere to put your clothes. the lighting was yellow and impossible to see makeup or anything like that. they didn’t have housekeeping makeup the room except once (and we did request it). they messed up the charges multiple times and ended up charging two cards for double the total and a week after checking in we are still trying to get our money back. sadly ones a debit card so it’s a real pain. very sweet staff but no one seemed to get the info correct so it def ruined it after.

When I booked, I thought breakfast was included. Was disappointed to find out it was extra, and it was very expensive for what was offered. Not worth the money we paid to eat there. We only did that once. We went offsite for our meals.

Front desk staff not friendly. There were no maps of Connecticut at all, which was odd considering we were wanting to tour around a bit.

Staff was not very pleasant or helpful. Pool ceiling was caving coming down in three different areas and pool area was still open.

kinda cramped if that makes sense also it was cold so could take advantage of outdoor facilities

Breakfast was good. Access to the hotel was easy. Staff was polite and giving the necessary information regarding the facilities. Room furnishings were good.

Mold on the shower curtain. The shower was flooding the bathroom while taking shower. No vanity mirror inside the bathroom. Comforter and sheets were not adequate, either they were short or not properly fit.

rooms were clean and modern aswell as the lobby and Starbucks in location made for a quick and delicious breakfast
