Hay un olor raro en pasillo y habitación. No hubo limpieza de alfombra ni cambio de cama durante la estaría. Soy senior y me sorprendio que no había ascensor.

Si no se puede cambiar las camas diariamente pueden dejar fundas de alhmoadas extras en la habitación para que el invitado pueda cambiarlas. Tener ayuda para las maletas en el segundo piso.

Very uncomfortable beds, lumpy pillows,

Just the basics - a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a shower with plenty of hot water. The rooms also have a mini-frig and microwave. Good value for the money.

Our AC unit was a little loud, but not so loud as to keep us awake.

Location was convenient. bedroom area was clean, Staff in the office was very helpful the morning of check-out when I rebooked the room to stay for 2 more nights.

There was hair all over the bathroom on check in. staff never cleaned the restroom when cleaning the room during our stay. I made sure there was no personal belongings left in the tub area and still was not wiped down. the sink was still covered in hair and there was no reason to not clean it. they took the garbage bag in the bathroom and never replaced the bag in the garbage cans. there could be another garbage in the bedroom area for convenience.

It's not properly tidy off. And the bedsheets,beds, and pillows are too old. Then, the complimentary breakfast is just bagels and orange juice That's just so bad.

It was convenient for our purposes. It was the least expensive.

It is extremely dated. Those mattresses are ancient. Landscaping is neglected. Too expensive for the property.

The people staffing the check-in desk were very helpful and pleasant! The ice matching was wonderful - Graduation weekend, and always plenty of ice. So easy to get to - both the location of the hotel and the proximity of the room and the parking.

Room was clean-ish. It smelt clean and the main items seemed good. The cobwebs on the ceiling, stains in the toilet, missing drain covers and dirty windows were also noted. However, I appreciate that this room was affordable and things worked smoothly. Thank you.
