Jessica, Front Staff, was wonderful. Welcoming and very helpful when I asked about changing rooms even though hotel was full, she tried to help. Very gracious and friendly:) Jessica really made my stay a good one. Liked side entrance to parking!

A number of electrical outlets did not work. There is a huge empty, tiled area where a hot tub used to sit. Weird. Would be a great sitting area with a comfortable chair and table or something. And, the hallways were dirty when I checked in Thursday and still dirty at check out Monday.

Durch die Lage an der Hauotstrasse war es trotz geschlossener Fenster (waren aber auch nicht zu öffnen) sehr laut. Das Frühstück lieblos in der Lobby arrangiert.

Everything was good breakfast was delicious

The room was clean when we arrived. The staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. And coffee was actually decent. We liked that the hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go, although Ithaca is not a huge city. We were in town to tour Cornell, but we were able to squeeze in a drive to the falls.

Was a little disappointed that they started work on the pool room (painting, etc) on our last day/night. I know my teenage kids were planning to jump in the pool at least one of the days of our stay. Oh well, next time.

The location is good, with decent breakfast, few options The room was good with good amenities, there was a Decent Gym and indoor swimming pool

The hotel was having renovation work while we were there, and the construction noise was unbearable with a jack hummer continuous noise when we complained to the front desk, the lady said we couldn't do anything, and that would continue till 5 PM, we have to leave the hotel and back after that Another issue, the hotel doesn't provide room service, so for 3 nights no one came to clean and replace our towels

My room was very nice. The bathroom was very nice. I found the bed very comfortable. The only minor issue was the lack of a bathroom fan, which I found unusual. The free breakfast was good and the facility was very clean. The gym was clean and well taken care of. I did not use the pool and I regret not bringing swim trunks. The staff was very friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed their work! I will be back!

Good location to Ithaca College, we were there for a college visit

There was no to in our room & we found as we were leaving the bedding wasn't clean

Breakfast food was not edible for a person who is on a restricted diet and cannot eat any processed foods. Price of room wasn’t good value for location on very loud, busy city roads and a view of a Midas from our room.
