3.5

It was so close to the pedestrian village, the aesthetic was stunning.
I loved everything!!
5.0
Très propre, chambre luxueuse et bien équipée.
Le mur de la chambre donne directement au corridor, donc on a entendu des gens parler pendant la nuit.
4.5
L’emplacement au bord du lac et les chemins de randonnées

Great condo layout
Great views
Nice staff
The security locks on our 3 doors didn’t fonction, someone came to take a look and didn’t change a thing
Felt unsafe!
Awful coffee

Looking out onto the lake every morning. The look inside and outside of the hotel is nice.
Not much complimentary stuff such as ice machine, waters, breakfast.

lake, kayak, view.
no room service for 4 days and 3 nights. Beds were soft and sheets were old and bumpy. screen door broken, tiles in kitchen broken etc.

great view of the lake

Lake side location is good giving easy access to the national parc and village. Rooms are large, lake racing and rugged enough to be home to a family of skiers. Facilities reflect this with a kitchen plenty good enough to feed a family of 4
The hotel was between seasons and was effectively closed. In hindsight they ought not have taken the booking. Restaurant and bar were closed and the staff refused to serve us a coffee or a single beer. The pool was open but unsupervised and the steam room was closed. Sections of the hotel were being worked on during our stay. Advertised cycle and canoe hire were unavailable. Mid winter or mid summer the hotel would be great. Between seasons the hotel got greedy and took our money and ran. Disappointed and disappointing.

Everything was good.
I miss the games room the pool table and air hockey and wish the hours of the pool would be 8AM to 10PM like it used to be. I find 10AM to 8PM is not enough. Also miss the Adirondack chairs on the balconies.

There are a lot of activities for my kids during our stay. We went for a walk in the woods, we went skating, the hotel has cookies and hot coco in the afternoon available at the lobby . At night the kids played pingpong , watched a movie in a cinema room while the adults spent time by the fireplace.
The view ofna lake from our room is just spectacular.
the room is dated. the pull out bed couch is probably from the 90s, the carpet definitely needs cleaning too. The room paint looks very gloomy and just dull overall. Lots of potential for this hotel if they can just take care of these lil things.

They let us dine early even though they were fully booked.
The crossing to the parking is so dangerous, build a pedestrian overpass!

We enjoyed the pool, skating pond and paths through the woods.
It would be nice if the lodge had a small general store.

The only good part was the restaurant's vibe and the manager of the restaurant who was kind and nice. The location of the hotel is okay. But I think if you are in-between with another option go with the other one. At least if you don't want rude and bored people to ruin your holiday.
They will do everything to charge you extra. The receptionists are so rude. They either have some difficulty to understand or they are sneakily trying to make a gain from every situation even when it is not possible. They make you feel like you are an intruder rather than a guest. The rooms are old-fashioned and a little depreciated, I think they need to get renovated. The shower head was not working properly, they did not have sufficient support for sanitary products. The service is awful in general.

Burning eyes from just standing in pool area. Too much chlorine.
Room walls thin. Heard neighbours partying overnight
Parking across street. Scary to cross road with child. Cars go so fast and don’t know that crosswalk there. Should be crosswalk light to stop traffic

Everything!!! wonderful stay!

The view lakeside is fabulous.
Kitchen not stocked with basic utensils. Bring your own shampoo etc. they give very little. Don’t expect customer service if you need anything or want your room cleaned.

A bit expensive but have adequate choice
4.5
The pool is very large in comparison to other hotels.
The apartment had anything we needed.
On the morning of our second day ( out of three) we had a stange and disturbing call from the reception asking about our name and telling us we have to move because somebody else is registered for the room that day. After answering that our reservation was made more than three months in advance for three days and that we have no intention to move anywere, the lady answered she will check. We didn't hear anything from the reception, not a slight apology. It seems the staff didn't get a proper preparation on treating guests.
