The staff were very friendly and awesome.

The hotel didn’t offer room service which isn’t ideal when travelling with kids. We were on the first floor which was disappointing because we didn’t have a view. There was only one restaurant on site and it didn’t open Mon-Wed which isn’t helpful. No ATM, no store for small purchases.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Valet service ($35 vs $30 for parking your own car) was great and well worth the extra $$! The hot tub was amazing. Easy access to the ski hill.

Pull out was quite uncomfortable and did not make for a good night’s sleep. Also, they only gave one small blanket for it and no duvet - I had to ask for 2 extra blankets! Breakfast was not included, room service breakfast was nice but cost $96 for 3 of us - very overpriced!

the room was gorgeous and so well laid out. the views are spectacular and the staff are beyond impeccable.

The room was spacious, nice view, very clean. The location is great. Getting outside from the third floor to be closer to the top of the mountain is great! The big very heated pool and the beautiful setting for the hot tub is very enjoyable.

We were VERY disappointed with the buffet breakfast. Not much offering and many items on the menu not offered (no muffins, no Nutella, no french toast, only watermelon offered as fruit, the bread was dry and I took the last pastry in the basket. In addition the scrambled eggs and little pancakes were cold. I advised the waiter about it and was made to feel bad about complaining. For 10$ extra, you can go eat breakfast at Fairmount next door with a lavish buffet, made to order omelets and be welcomed with a smile and served by friendly staff who wish to make you happy.
