heating system did not perform.. 66 degrees in the room and minus 5 outside had to pull over the second bed's blanket to keep warm

First when I arrived there was this guy at the front desk called Jeremie and he was rude he canceled my reservation without even calling me or asking me if I was still coming over. very not professional at all I will NEVER COME BACK. the cheapest motel was better then this

It was a perfect two day stop for a motorcycle ride to Saguenay and Tadoussac! You park right in front of your patio door, which was very practical to load/unload. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable (and with lots of pillows). It's right off the main boulevard, but you're 5min away from downtown, and there were plenty of places to eat, or buy groceries/beer/gas. The place and the rooms were quiet too.
Nothing bad to say - I'll probably stay there again when I visit.

Very quiet place, and a good breakfast. Free and easy parking, good location with restaurants, supermarket, etc. really near.
The thermostat for air conditioning was little trick to get a confortable temperature, and a bit noise.

I like how well located it was, everything was within a few minutes off wall or car, right in the center of downtown.
ChargwdffIThe booking said that breakfast was expected but when we got there we were told that there wasn't any breakfast during the weekend of lack of employees. I was traveling with a 7 year old so I had to go out to get food Saturday morning. On Saturday I found out from another employee that on they although they don't serve breakfast, they have stuff they give people to have a small brunch, I was mad cause I could have said money if the employee who was there when I checked in had said anything. To make matters worse my daughter drunk a bottle of water that was on the table, I got charged 3 dollars for it.

Since it was still in COVID regulations, we didn't have a place to seat in the room.. We had little bag to bring up in our room. But it was with different choices (muffins, eggmuffins, orange juices or else).

The place between the second bed and the table to work on in the bedroom was really tight.
