La gentillesse du personnel
- La propreté qui laisse à désirer ! Une cuisine était à disposition mais impossible de s’en servir, du gras sur la vaisselle, du moisi dans le frigo et une odeur abominable.
- les difficultés à fermer la porte de chambre et de la salle de bain commune

Que se soit au centre ville
Qui aille des bouchons dans la chambre
De pas pouvoir faire mon check in quand je suis arriver a fin am. ( après plus de 6h de route au aurais aimer se changer et se laver avec d aller a notre événement familial)
De voir la lumière et entendre les voisins de chambre aussi fort à cause de la trappe dans salle de bain.

Room was a good size with an ensuite bathroom. Only complaint is that there was i had to find staff to check in and out as there was no one at the front desk. Overall good value and convenient walking distance to restaurants.

budget rooms only have one bed. do not trust the pics on the app. we wound up having to pay extra.

it’s such amazing location with free parki but it’s not easy for someone who have difficulties to sleep because the karaoke at the bar it’s so noise and isn’t possible to be quiet during the nigh
I forgot my iphone charger and I was still around like 20 kilometres where I stayed after I checked out so I contacted them about it so I can pickup the charger and they asked me my phone # inorder to call me after because they wanted to verify with the cleaner
but I didn’t hear from them since

Automated check in was very good. Staff was helpful and spoke both languages. Parking was ideal.
Air conditioning pointed at the bed.
The elevator was working but lights, etc made it difficult to tell if it was working.

Saguenay City is fabulous. We would definitely visit there again. Great restaurants, music and scenery. This hotel is centrally located.
Not a problem for us, but the music in the hotel bar was rocking until 2:00.

The shower and common bathroom were very clean.
The beds were quite confy.
There's a bar on ground level and you can hear the music at full volume on the 1st floor.
The room was tiny and got really hot at night with no way of colling them down.
The wall and floor are crazy thin and you can hear everything through them.

under the hotel rooms, probably in the basement they have bar and gaming rooms, it was so loud that I could not sleep till late at night

It was horrible. The beds are hard and dirty, we had dirt and blood stains on the sheets so we asked for a different room and got another two dirty beds only this room had pills on the floor that my dog tried to eat. Not to mention the drunk karaoke until 3 am happening downstairs. The third floor doesn’t stop you from hearing it and I’m half deaf. No wonder they make you pay in advance they know it’s a horrible place and they don’t offer a refund. Find a different place to stay trust me.

A lot of noise, the windows aren't really isolated properly. You can basically hear everything.

I like that it was in a quiet street. The cleaning staff was very friendly and the actual rooom was small but the beds were Comfortable. The bathroom was ok but the shower was very small -although all working properly.
I did not like that even with COVID-19 there were people at the bar and karaoke nights attracted locals that were using the limited parking. Too many bikers going to Karaoke night. There was never anyone in the front desk. No elevator and the stairs to go to the 1st level of rooms was very narrow.. going to the 2nd floor was better. Worried me if a fire those stairs could be dangerous.
