Room is very dirty. I has used towels and trash of the previous client. I don't believe they do a proper cleaning in between customers.

It was really clean and it was easy to get to. It was not a problem that we arrive at 23h.

The view from the front of the motel was spectacular, especially at sunset.

Why do these properties persist in advertising Wifi as a service, when it clearly does not work. The pool had been emptied, even though it was still summer and quiet warm.

The place is not hotel, only very simple motel. Although prommised room with virw, the actual viwe was a fance to nowehere

Credit card details fully written down inc security number - NEVER seen this before!! Dated room & bathroom, needs a makeover, step over bath for shower, restaurant shut, no tea available, miserly coffee provision. Otherwise ok.

It's a cheap old motel. The description is far too positive. Everything is very old and there is not enough light in the room. The pool is full of alga and nobody will swim there.

The pool was closed for our stay ( this was the main reason for booking) Even though we had booked way back in February our room was in amongst workmen staying too. Sitting outside was a problem as they were drinking and quite loud...strong cigarette smoke waughted around to. Perhaps more care in allocating rooms is needed? The road bridge was closed below the property (not their fault) but it meant driving a few extra miles to the town centre to eat.

Quite a clean motel, we got a room with two beds, was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good and coffee machine was pretty good too. They had a swimming pool as well, although we couldn't use it. Breakfast was very good (though not included with room). Nice views of Saguenay River.

We usually prefer brightly lit rooms, here it was more of dimly lit mood lighting sort of atmosphere.

Nice, simple hotel to stay in Saguenay. The staff is friendly, the location is nice and they have a good restaurant on site.
