The location
That my reservation was canceled because I got mine from booking, they canceled it to take in ppl from Fla due to the hurricane so they can charge a higher price. This didn't just happen to me there was another man in the lobby, she told him she didn't have his name OR reservation number as well. Was told there wasn't any availability for us ( I didn't know this man). But someone WALKED in was quoted a price and told him that the room would be ready in a hour. Now had he had a reservation there wouldn't have been a issue and my review would've been different, but he didn't she asked. Just being money hungry and took advantage of those seeking refuge from the storm.

The smell of wet carpet, the building outside was perfect but inside the room look beat up. The furniture was broken and outdated The smell in the hallway to the room made me nervous

ROOM SIZE WAS FANTASTIC, STAFF, AND CLEALINESS VERY NICE.
PLACE TO EAT DINNER, COCKTAILS WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT.

The hotel was clean, front desk staff was very nice, I love the pool hours. The water was super HOT loved that and it was a very nice stay.
The A/C wasn't cool enough but it was ok.

When I arrived to check in, the staff was courteous and pleasant. I was greeted and served with kindness and patience.

Very, very clean. I'm a cancer survivor and lodging is always a concern for me. I didn't have to worry about whether or not the staff made cleanliness a priority. Very grateful for their kindness.

Not really the best hotel I have stayed in but for the price it was ok.

I liked the location of the hotel.
We stayed on level 3 and the hallways smelled like smoke. Once we settled in the room, the air conditioner rattled almost the entire night. Another issue was the ceiling creaked and the creaking kept waking me up.

Pool was closed without prior notice. Only reason we booked this particular was due to indoor pool and location to atlanta speedway. Had a disappointed child.

first of all I ask for rm 208, if not I asked for the top floor, didn’t get neither. it was so noisy from upstairs people were walking extremely hard and dropping something on the floor, until we’ll after midnight. people were having conversations yelling down the hall. it was like apartment living. not a good visit.
property and facility was nice. the atmosphere and people were not welcoming.

The facility was nice. Looked like everything was new and unkept. Happy with our stay all around. Only thing we didn’t like was breakfast in the morning.
Breakfast was sub par. Could have had better quality options available. Breakfast was really the only thing that didn’t match the rest of the hotel. Everything else was really nice and met expectations.

Property is located off the beaten path and is quiet. the rooms are very large
we arrived 30 minutes before check in and they wanted 60.00 per room to check in early. The breakfast was non existent you could make a waffle or have a stale bagel.

Rude, unfriendly Front desk clerk. They charge a security deposit at their discretion. I stayed a week before, no deposit. This week charged a deposit that has yet to be refunded. And talked to rudely when I called and asked about the charge. I won’t be staying at this property again.
