The area was the only thing i liked.

I didn't like the night staff by the name of Mike he was very rude and unprofessional. My bed sheets were dirty and I couldn't get fresh new sheets because housekeeping leaves at 12:30. The pool was closed.

The staff seemed helpful and courteous. The lights next to the beds wasn't working and they came right away to check out the problem. Fixed it immediately. Lots of outlets to charge up phones and laptops. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bench under the windows. Shower had great pressure. Beds were comfy. They offered breakfast, but we never used it as we got up after it finished. So, I can't really rate it. The price was great. The hotel convenient to stores and eateries as well as the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool was locked. They took away our ability to open our door before 10am the day we checked out. Check out wasn't until 11am. We were trying to remove our stuff from the room, but, someone had to stay in the room to let someone back in until we finished.

The staff following you through the hotel, and then coming out circling or patrolling their parking lot. The ceilings need to be replaced. There was mold they only give you clean towels every three days the refrigerator doesn’t keep food cold there is no closet there is no dressers nothing for you to hang up anything. If you want to use the cart to bring your luggage in and out of the hotel, you only have 15 minutes to do so before they start charging you for using the cart so I wasn’t impressed and I will not come back again. Definitely recommend looking for something else.
