Close to Parris Island

The room smelled so bad, smelled like mildew or mold, room was dirty, carpet was ripped and chunks of it gone. And random pieces of carpet on floor. Carpet was so stained. Not a room issue, but the hallway smelled so bad with people smoking weed in their room and would get in our room when we opened the door. So our room either smelled like weed or mold lol

Location was great, breakfast was good I enjoyed my stay.

The location was great and the breakfast was OK. The staff was courteous.

The tub had rust at the corner and peeling around the drain.

Absolutely everything about the hotel was wonderful. I've stated a few in Buford while visiting family and this is by far the best. Between the very welcoming staff to the very clean rooms and amazing breakfast in the morning I would give this a very high rating. They were very understanding and accommodating when it came to my son and making sure that everything was perfect. We will absolutely be using this hotel every time we come down now.
