The 2 men I believe from India working at the concierge desk were super accommodating. Very friendly and helpful with pleasant smiles and the older Caucasian male walking the premises was also thoughtful.

A simple smile helps others feel at home. Not everyone has that talent. I was waiting on the 2nd floor near the stairs for my other guests to arrive so I can hand them the set of keys to their room and was told not to wait for my other guest in the building and that I will need to exit the building and wait for my guest outside. It was late at night and there was another man sitting out by the driveway. Luckily, my guests arrived soon after I exit. I have never been told this before, ever at any hotel. The bald man sounded like he wanted me to exit and never come back. And that would be a 1☆ treatment for me.

It seems to be a hotel utilized by workers. Dingy hallway. Side door to outside would not shut.

we had to be at graduation on Paris Island very early. I suggest at least coffee being available earlier. we did enjoy breakfast on the last morning when we checked out.

Sleep Inn Beaufort is located conveniently, the rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The facility is older, needs new carpet and painting. A lot of small amenities are missing, like coffee in the rooms. Breakfast is waffles and cereal, nothing else.

Clean rooms, booking was swapped from type planned for, but it worked out.

Apparently the GM is very particular to the point that asking for an extra towel was impossible as you had to have one in exchange. Maybe clientele has caused issues, maybe just him. I strongly suspect he resides in the facility.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom light was not working and the smoke detector had no battery or covering. Because Jessica lacked personality, I used the light from the walk in shower to avoid dealing with her.

Jessica customer service was very non-existent. She never greeted me at check-in because family members were behind the counter. At checkout, she never asked about my experience or thanked me for staying. The facility was ok but the halls had a bad order like the carpet need to be cleaned. First impression is lasting. That's my last time staying at the hotel. I encourage you to take this hotel off your sight!!

The front desk staff was great. I somehow accidentally cancelled my reservation. She was very helpful in getting me an almost comparable rate. They also gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do.

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable for my cousin.

101 degrees there no pool available. Called the day before to confirm my reservations and was not briefed on the green water on the pool. 😔 no sink in the bathroom. Bath area too small.
