Pretty view. Hotel was located close to town. Was just fine for what we needed. I would stay again.

Everything. No real person your dealing with a computer. No housekeeper. Mouse droppings place was just nasty

We didn't stay! Paid a kiosk, no in person employee. Walked into the room and it was disgusting! There were people living there all over the property. There was dirt and scum all over the room, inside the drawers. Would not refund our money even though we weren't there for more than 30 minutes. Very disappointed with this place! We paid twenty dollars more for a room at Tru by Hilton, it was the complete opposite. We would never recommend staying at the Howard Johnson!!

The location and the price.
There was a strong smell of weed in the hallway that seemed to be coming from a room at the end of the hallway. I did not like the kiosk check-in experience. We’ve stayed here so many times in the last 2 years but this was very disappointing.

The room looked fairly decent. The beds were niced but not big enough for my husband and i.
It felt unsafe for my husband and i. The door leading to our rooms was wide open for renavations. so my fear was that if an intruder came he would have full access to the rooms via the hall way. And you couldn't look out the peep hole because it was plugged or scratched out. So i was just very nervous all the way around. When morning came we didnt get any room service for towel, soap, nothing!

Nothing. Didn't stay, had to immediately check out.
No elevator, tobacco and Marijuana smoke all throughout the hallway. No one at the front desk, had to speak to a kiosk. Stairs were unstable. Elderly parents were unable to go to the room. Other residents were smoking Marijuana and drinking alcohol on the side steps and out door bench. We had to check out immediately. Worst stay ever!!!!

The fact online they gave you codes and when you got there we can't use it, and he is going to act as if I was lying about them doing it long ago and charging me for coming from Bluffton late it was 11 clock check out I came in for work, you still took half of my money anyway. I'm not going back, very disappointed

I do not believe I was on site enough to get any feeling one way or the other.
There was construction going on but I did not stay at the motel during the day. I did not see the complimentary breakfast that was said would be there. There was no personal meetings with any people except the people staying at the motel. The vending machine was empty and the ice machine was not working, it was not powered on at all.

I didn't like that I had to pay a $100 deposit towards my balance. The refrigerator wasn't working. The room keys didn't work the second night. Also their were only one light in the bathroom working.

everything else! run down, sketchy, moldy, stinks, and no staff. not safe, and would never tell anyone to stay.

It was cheap but I who’d rather pay more for a clean room and with a live person to be m present on sight when I checked in and not someone from India via video.
No one was there to check us in, in persons. The room was dirty. The bed cover was stained! There was dirt on the walls! There were left overs in the refrigerator from the last guest.
