Wonderful staff who were helpful, friendly, and informative. There is a small cozy restaurant attached so that we didn't have to walk elsewhere in the cold to find food after a tiring day on the slopes. The food was delicious.

The mattresses weren't that comfortable. As with most Japanese buildings, it was not very sound proof and so we could easily hear other people's conversations in the next room or even from other parts of the building.

The team were fantastic. Really good. Food fantastic. Chika and the team were a dream!

the owner speaks english. easy to communicate and can can be helpful for those who visit Hakuba for first time.

Lovely head lady staff. Experienced in skiing so can advise will re lessons. Always had time for clients. facilities v nice. kitchen handy. can get breakfast on site if required. good mix. i will stay again

Fantastic location just behind the main street of Echoland and very friendly and accomodating staff. We booked with a private bathroom which was great however the shared facilities also looked reasonable.

Friendly staff, kitchen had many useful appliances (microwave, stove, water kettle, cutlery...), Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location.

Only 1 of the 2 bathrooms was available after 8pm and the waiting time was long
