The staff were very nice! Other than the staff the entire visit was unsafe and the room was disgusting. I've never stayed in a room this filthy

The entire stay was a disaster. The building recked of mildew and mold. The carpet in the hallway was blackish brown with dirt and stains. The room smelled of mold and urine. The walls were dirty and the shower was covered in layers of dirt. The air conditioner filter hadn't been changed in years and you could smell mold coming from it. The TV and TV back board were covered in something that had been splattered all over it. The bed covers were covered in dirt. We had to keep shoes on due to all the dirt on the floor that turned your feet black. Also everytime we left the room our key card didn't work. The police also came to the property on 2 different occasions.

Nothing to like.

Location is sketchy. Lots of weekly residents with pets. Dogs barking all day. Rooms are unsanitary. Do yourself a favor and find a different place.

Price and location

We arrived to check in and they were being evacuated for a gas leak. I could not stay there and staff would not address my refund request so I did it on booking and they denied. I’d like a better explanation as we COULD NOT stay there due to their safety issues

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillow was too soft. My back and neck hert after trying to sleep

The price was very reasonable and the bedding was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Checking in was a little difficult. They did not have my reservation and I had to pay the hotel. I had already paid booking.com which they said they do not receive payment from booking.com.

The property was clean in the area of walking distance to most of everything

the bathroom was dirty, there was a hole in the wall in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, there was what looked to be blood on the wall right next to the sink. it just wasn’t very comfortable to stay in.

No breakfast

"Pot" was being smoked in at least 4 rooms in our hallway and nothing was done to stop it. Garbage cans full and not emptied in the 3 days we were there. Dog potty area had no available baggies and the trash container was packed full. Waited for over 2 hours for more towels to be brought to our room and finally went downstairs to the office for a 2nd time to retrieve some.

Could not get the TV to turn on. Staff helped quickly with the TV. Apparently the remote will not turn the TV on and the volume on the remote did not work.

The front desk person was very nice and very welcoming. She deserves a raise! Please try to keep her!

First I arrived very late. There were a group of teenagers/young adults just standing in the parking lot looking around and as I approached (to get to the office) they starting walking away? Now this may have been coincidence but it made me pause so I planned on parking near the office. The parking lot had little to no lights in it. So I felt safer parking by the office since it was the only beacon of light. I then checked in where I was informed that my room was on ground level on the other side of the building. So she recommended that I move my car to the other end and park by the dumpsters. Oh and the back door was “open”. Again let me stress it was late 10:30-11pm and there were no lights in the parking lot. I did as I was told and parked by the dumpsters. I completely emptied my car cause I still felt weird about the gathering when I first got there. I then proceeded to go to the back door. This door wasn’t just “open” but the it was broken. The push bar was missing- so there was no security. Then I got to my room. The floor felt grimy and felt like it had sand/dry dirt sprinkled on it. Then the beds were interesting. The pillows were very thin and very uncomfortable. The blankets were very thin as well. The bathroom was interesting as well. the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and have something black/brown almost flaky like down the middle of the tub and around the drain. I didn’t not take a shower even though I had wanted to. The door handle to the bathroom had been replaced with a smaller handle so it moved around a bit and had no lock. I would have complained but I was just simply too tired and knew I would be checking out really early (7-7:30am). Luckily my car was still there and showed no signs of break-in. I know your a low budget motel and I shouldn’t expect much for the price I paid but I think even you could have done better.

The beds were uncomfortable (reserved a queen, got 2 doubles), the shower still had some hair on the walls and shower curtain and there were boots and pants from the previous person!

The staff was nice that's all I liked it was a total disaster as far as cleanliness it was filthy dirty I cleaned it my damn self. I had the hot tub room and the mirrors around it were so filthy that u couldn't even see in them and the jacuzzi was just as bad, itooked like that room hadn't been touched in a very long time, and I paid 85 dollars for filth?? Never again.

the room we was put in after being woke up out our sleep at 4am because of loud noise was nice
